很難描述這個房源的獨特和完美，我們一定會在不同的季節再回來。也推薦到四國旅行一定要住在這裡。

当日は悪天候で夕方のフェリーが欠航になっており、朝にお電話いただきフェリーの時間に荷物を車でアパートまで運んでくださいました。 (誤って一度フェリーを男木島へ乗り過ごしてしまい、ご迷惑をおかけしたにも関わらず、2度迎えに来て下さいました。本当に感謝です。) チェックインもスムーズですぐにくつろぐことができました。 部屋は貸切でとても広く、6名で利用しましたが2名×3部屋ご用意いただき、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。 目の前には海が広がっていて、悪天候(曇り)でもとても開放感がありました。 また、飾られているインテリアやアートがとても素敵で、まるで海外の海沿いのヴィラに泊まっているような雰囲気でした。 キッチンは業務用のコンロや広々としたシンクが備え付けられており、前の宿泊者の方々が置いていった基本的な調味料を使うことができました。 高松で食料を買っていけば、基本的な料理は問題なく作れるとできると思います。 また、お風呂はシャワーのみと、バスタブ付きの２つがありましたが、 早い時間からバスタブに入るのが最高でした。歩行者から見えないよう、外が見えないようになっていますが、海風がたっぷりと入って来て、波の音がそばで感じられる贅沢なバスタイムでした。 また、夜は風の音やガタガタという音が強くなるかもしれないとのことでしたがほとんど気になりませんでした。 チェックアウト時の朝食は、フェリーの時間に間に合うよう早めに出していただきました。 とても素敵な空間で友人たちと団欒したり、落ち着いて読書を楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました。 最後に蛇足ですが、 ホタルノヒカリの作者さんがここを舞台に漫画を描かれていると知り、驚きました！確かに描きたくなるほどの魅力のある場所です！

Die Wohnung war ein Traum und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren zweimal im Ritsurin Park und wären gerne noch häufiger hingegangen, wenn wir mehr Zeit gehabt hätten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und kamen uns sogar entgegen als wir ankamen, um uns den Weg zu zeigen. In der Wohnung gab es sogar Spielzeug für unseren 2 Jährigen mit dem er sehr gerne spielte (Bauklötze, Activitywagen, Kuscheltiere usw.). Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen.

1. 집 구조가 매우 훌륭함 2. 보일러, 에어컨, 화장실, 욕조, 변기, 조명기구 제어시스템 등 모든게 완벽한 수준임. 3. 16명 숙박했는데, 침구류, 침대 모두 훌륭했음.

子連れ4ファミリーで利用する予定で予約しましたが、1家族が、お子さんのお熱で行けるかどうか、、と言う状態でした。 ホストの藤田さんに、相談したところ、人数の変更は当日でも対応していただけるとのことで、ギリギリまで様子を見ることができて本当に助かりました。 今度はもう少し子供達が大きくなって，バーベキューなどして1日ゆっくり過ごしたいと思おう程，素敵なお家でした！ 楽しかったです！ありがとうございました！

友達3家族で利用しました。 返信もスピーディーで、質問にもしっかりら答えていただき、オススメの駐車場も教えてくださり助かりました。 子供たちは部屋に入った瞬間から探検スタート。部屋の多さや階段を迷路のように楽しんでいました。 コップやお皿、紙コップ、ラップ、フライパン、調味料まで設置してあり、助かりました。 1人1本の水も助かりました。 ベッドの寝心地も良く、ヘアアイロンや化粧水、ティッシュなども沢山設置してあり、掃除も行き届いていました。 希望を言うならば、シャワーの圧を強くして欲しいこと、TVがあるのが1部屋だけだったので、各階にあれば良いなぁと思いました。 しかし、全体を通して、3家族とも大変満足し、ぜひまた泊まりたいね。と話していました。

I loved it so much, I had to come back! On my second visit, I enjoyed it even more and ended up extending my stay. The host was incredibly warm and helpful - always responsive and kind, even arranging taxis to the ferry. A truly lovely experience!

We loved So much this place ! We felt So peace .it is simple , Wildsutz and sureounded by nature and ocean. Lots of confort and kindness. We had regrets not to be able to stay longer .

綺麗なエアビでした！ 調味料なども置いてあって料理に使えました！階段は片方手すりがないので足腰が悪い方はやめといたほうがいいかもしれないです。ありがとうございました！

部屋は綺麗で、屋上付きの空間は楽しかった。次は晴れの日に満喫したい。 アメニティとして歯ブラシがない事の記載が欲しかった、前泊者と思われる飲み物が冷蔵庫にあった事が少し残念。その他は大満足。

My family and I spent six unforgettable days in this charming flat, and it quickly became our home away from home. Nestled in the heart of Kobe, the location couldn’t have been more perfect—everything we needed was just steps away, from local eateries to cultural spots. The space itself exudes warmth and comfort, thoughtfully designed to make you feel instantly at ease. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the seamless check-in, reflected genuine care. We left with wonderful memories and every intention of returning the next time we're in Kobe. Highly recommended!

Très bon logement, très bien placé. La communication avec l'hôte à été très facile et fluide. L'ajout de vélos dans la location était super !

Very convenient place to stay in Kobe with all the amenities we needed. beds were comfy, bathroom was quite small but it worked for our short stay. Good place to stay in Kobe for a small group or family.

This was a lovely little cozy apartment with easy access to everything in Okayama. We got to use the bikes for free as well which made our trip even better as we could explore the area. The host was also very helpful and responsive.

The apartment had everything I needed for my week long stay. Very clean, and in a quite neighborhood. Coin laundry right next to the apartment complex was very convenient, same goes for convenience stores. Very close to the Shin Kobe JR station, as well as the bus stop. Kobe port and places to eat near Sannomiya were within walking distance. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Kobe.

Had a pleasant stay! Felt right at home and is very spacious, there are a lot of restaurants nearby as well. Definitely will return again if I am traveling in Kobe

The place is roomy, kitchen and bath were well stocked, very clean (typical for japanese accommodation). Lobby and public areas were very clean as well. The beds were comfortable and clean. However, the windows are thin and outside, road noise does come in. There was also construction on the building directly outside the living room window that added to the noise during the day.

ワンコ連れの旅行で大型犬可の宿がなかなか見つからず本当に助かりました

10人程度で利用させていただきました。 部屋は十分な広さがあり、とても快適に過ごさせてもらいました。
