Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Yongsan District

The place looks just like the photos, with beautifully framed views of Itaewon from multiple windows. We stayed here as a grown family of 5, and found the space more than ample. Well considered, very close to the bars and shops yet distant enough to not have disturbances. Like with many Korean homes, accessing the flat requires walking up one flight of a narrow outdoor staircase which is unideal in the rain. But if you have no mobility issues and a light enough suitcase this is not a problem at all. Would stay here again in the future, and host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Great first impression of Korean hospitality!

Mari’s apartment was great and as advertised. Awesome view of Seoul skyline from the terrace. Though the place is a little tucked away, Mari proactively provided perfect instructions of how to find it. As a foreigner with limited experience getting around in Korea, I found it easily. Short walk to Itaewon nightlife, but not so close for the noise to be an issue. Mari was thoughtful, proactive, and responsive. Fantastic host!

Very beautiful Hanok. Kids and adults both enjoyed the stay very much. Location is great as it is not too far from Anguk train station, with plenty of good food options nearby. Host was also very responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. Overall a wonderful and enjoyable experience for the entire family.

What a beautiful space! Lindsey was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed as well as working with our traveling schedule. The space had all the basic amenities and more! There's a food market near by for grocery shopping and restaurants and cafes all around. Would definitely come again to escape the city

It was the perfect base for exploring the area. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts. They were incredibly **responsive** from the moment we booked right through our departure. Any question we had was answered promptly and helpfully. Even better, they went above and beyond by frequently offering **fantastic tips and recommendations**! From the best local coffee shops and hidden-gem restaurants to advice on navigating attractions and scenic spots, their suggestions were spot-on and greatly enhanced our trip. It felt like having knowledgeable local friends looking out for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment has a nice rooftop area, it is close to many amenities and eateries. It was good to be so close to Seoul station for travelling on the metro. The accommodation was a nice place to stay after exploring. It has a great view of N.Seoul Tower. Was just enough space for a family of 3 in my opinion. It is a nice touch having the projector. Hyonsung was prompt and polite with messages. The apartment overall was good 👍

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Seoul. Everything was absolutely perfect — the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was even a great workspace which made things really convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful terrace, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was very quiet, with no noise at all, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. The host was extremely cooperative and always attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. What more can I say? I would absolutely love to come back and stay here again. Without a doubt, this place will be my first choice next time I’m in Seoul. Thanks Andy

とても素敵なところだったので、機会があればまた泊まりたいです！親切でとても良かったです。以下、宿泊の参考にしていただければと思います。 ・フェファ駅が最寄り駅です。フェファ駅から行くと道のアップダウンなく、家までわかりやすく、容易に着けます。(東大門駅や鍾路5街駅も歩いていけますが、少しだけフェファ駅より遠く、アップダウンが少しだけあります。) ・東大門総合市場というバス停が東大門駅と鍾路5街駅の間くらいにあるので空港⇔家の行き来もわかりやすいです。 ・家は写真の通りきれいでおしゃれです。清潔に保たれており、好感が持てます。 ・レンジ、ポット、食器、カトラリー、お鍋、包丁などや食器用洗剤もあります。 ・洗濯機も使用できますが、洗剤は持っていってください。 ・バルコニーもあり、そこで食事も楽しめます。 ・周辺は治安が良く、とても静かです。 ・フェファ駅周辺から家までの間にスターバックスやCU(コンビニエンスストア)があり、便利です。カフェやおもち屋さん、パン屋さんなどもあります。 ・バスルームにはドライヤーも準備されています。ボディーソープとシャンプーもあります。歯ブラシは持参してください。 ・ホストが近くのお店のオススメを教えてくださったり、部屋の使い方もメッセージで送ってくださいます。質問はすぐに返してくださったり、お願いした物をすぐ準備してくださいました。親切で丁寧でかつお返事もすぐくださるので助かります。

房間很舒適，像家一般的溫暖，地點方便，但是只有樓梯，搬運行李有點吃力

The flat is amazing and filled with everything you need from kitchenware to washing machine. The location is amazingly central. Plus Jason is a great host, responding quick and very flexible in terms of luggage storage and help. Highly recommended and would visit his place if I am back in Seoul again.

It was a pleasant stay and host James was there to receive us and guided us clearly on the amenities. The rooms are nice and clean and provided good space for our party of 6. Located near a park and well known Hongdae area with a lot of restaurants and shops. convenient walk to the subway Hongik Univ. Station.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

Nous avons pu profiter de l’appartement durant plus de 10 jours lors de notre séjour à Seoul et l’appartement est devenu comme notre seconde maison. Ultra pratique, bien situé par rapports aux transports en commun, proche des centres d’intérêts touristiques et de commerces. Hôte a immédiatement répondu à nos questions de manière claire. Appartement disposant de tout le nécessaire pour un super séjour et proche de la gare (le bruit des trains n’est pas gênant si les fenêtres sont fermées). Accès direct au métro et à la gare. Nous ne pouvons que vous le recommander pour votre séjour .

为了看演唱会选择了这里，里kspo五站，只需要二十多分钟，打车十四分钟，出行特别方便，除了走路到地铁站有一点点距离外（大概十分钟路程），交通完全没问题，入住也很顺利，有电梯，行李箱可以方便搬运，房东沟通特别及时，入住空调不够冷，立马就买了新的电风扇，让我有了好的睡眠，入住很顺利，还有一个优点，房间很宽敞，两个大行李箱可以完全展开，睡觉也很安静

Jag är jättenöjd med min vistelse i Lilys airbnb. Det var nära till stan vilket var härligt. Det kändes även tryggt med området när jag reste ensam. Jag trivdes bra, det var fint och städat och lägenheten var mysig. Jag är tacksam för att jag hade möjligheten att bo där en vecka. Jag har inget dåligt att anmärka. Allt stämde överens med beskrivningen.

Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. Lucky was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. If ever I stay in Seoul, I will definitely look out for Lucky’s place again. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme mais vivant, idéal pour découvrir la ville, proche du métro et des lignes de bus . L’hébergement est confortable, spacieux , lumineux , et très bien équipé. Il est accessible par ascenseur . Les consignes sont extrêmement bien expliquées. Nous avons apprécié le panier gourmand offert à notre arrivée après un long vol de nuit , une attention très agréable. L’hôte a été réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

リビングは日当たりがよく、部屋も綺麗で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 質問に対する返事もすぐにいただけたので、安心して過ごすことができました。

아담하지만 파티룸다운 멋진 분위기가 돋보이는 숙소였습니다. 전면 통창과 넓은 테라스에서 들어오는 채광 때문에 일하기도 무척 편했고요. 아래층에서 풍겨오는 빵 굽는 냄새가 마치 카페에 있는 것 같은 느낌을 주기도 했어요. 연남동의 여러 핫플레이스에 가까운 위치, 온/냉풍 겸용 에어컨디셔너, 다양한 타입의 휴대폰 충전기, 와인잔과 오프너 제공 등이 만족스러웠고, 다소 좁은 쇼파, 싱크대 수압이 좋지 않아 설거지가 수월치 않았다는 점 이외에 불편한 점은 거의 없었습니다.

The house was excellent. Extremely conveniently located to the bus, subway and airport bus. Since it’s so close to a university, there is plenty to eat and shop. Red moon was excellent host. Kind, communication was perfect and so accommodating: the air conditioning, the amenities were excellent. Highly recommend!
