Very peaceful and near to convenient store (5mins drive) Parking also very spacious. All rooms got an air-conditioner.

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyeronokkan! 🏡 Rumah luas, bersih dan sangat selesa — memang sesuai untuk keluarga besar. Parking banyak. Walaupun rumah kayu, tapi deco retro yang menarik. Setiap bilik dilengkapi extension wire, mudah untuk cas phone yang banyak. Dapur yang luas. Boleh memasak dan makan2 sambil berkaraoke. Staf yang sangat membantu. 🧼 Kolam renang pun bersih dan terjaga, anak-anak memang puas mandi! 🏊‍♂️ Tempat BBQ pun best, luas dan strategik. Malam pula meriah dengan aktiviti karaoke dan snooker. 🎤🎱 Memang lengkap untuk santai dan bonding sekeluarga. Highly recommended! 🌟

Very spacious house with a backyard.. perfect place for Bbq party with family.. Fits well for 10pax...A good host , they welcomed us with drinks and little snack .So generous of them.. looking forward to stay with them on our next trip to Kluang. Worth the price!

Comfortable and value for money unit in Baru Pahat; adequate amenities provided in a newly constructed neighbourhood Some fittings were loose but did not affect the stay

The house was relatively clean, with plenty of basic amenities and cold aircon. Wifi is avaliable together with a smart TV. YouTube worked fine without any lag or compromise in quality too. The road in was easy to access, but the humps are slightly on the higher side so drivers, please beware. Would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, well-maintained and exactly as shown in the pictures..The host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy.. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with shops and restaurants nearby.. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future! ✨

We enjoyed our stay here - it was great for our large family and it was nice to have a playground just down the road. The house was clean and provided the basics of what we needed for the most part.

She ensured all relevant information prior checking in was provided timely, following up upon check in and ensured the property was in conducive condition for the guests. She also promptly attended to guest, when there were some queries. Will definitely book again for my future stay.

I was so happy to be the first guest at this lovely new homestay! The place is super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — it really felt like a home away from home. You can see the effort and care put into every corner, especially the comfy living room. Location is great too — very near to the town area and just a short drive to the famous Gunung Lambak. Perfect for our quick nature getaway. The host was super friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth and easy. Honestly, I wish I had stayed longer — definitely coming back again soon!

Khai’s place is great for family stay. My grand nieces n nephews love the space. Khai is also responsive and reliable. Highly recommended

This is by far the most perfect stay I’ve had with my family. Clean and spacious house and good parking space. Would definitely consider this as my first option if I’m back in Kluang. And would recommend those with a group of 10 people to stay here. Fancy homestay style? This is the place!
