Big house Very clean Only hard to find a minishop for little groceries or snacks, u ned to buy it in advance.. but again mas Isnan willing to buy it for us 😀😀

tempatnya bersih ditengah kota, dekat ke Malioboro

Homestay yang sangat nyaman dan aman, fasilitas lengkap, dapur ada 2, ada dapur kecil bersifat privat dengan kompor listrik sehingga terkesan bersih dan tidak menimbulkan bau tidak sedap, dan ada dapur bersama di belakang, sangat cocok apabila ingin memasak dengan porsi besar/banyak. Kamar mandi dengan bathtub yang besar dan yang menarik adalah untuk set up air panas ada ukuran derajatnya, sehingga tingkat ukuran panas bisa disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Ada Smart TV yang tersedia Netflik dengan film2 yang beragama, beserta sofa yang dapat diatur kemiringannya dan dilengkapi dengan leg rest, sangat cocok untuk nobar. Dibelakang ada kost putra dengan dilengkapi mushola, tapi dengan pintu dan garasi terpisah dengan vila puri sagan, sehingga privasi tetap terjaga, terlebih bagi pasangan yang honeymoon. Serta ada tempat nongkrong di belakang bersama anak kost dan tempat nongkrong privat di depan villa, sangat cocok bagi yang suka hang out sambil minum kopi/smoking atau sekedar bersantai.

The location is EXCELLENT and luckily still private for a good night's sleep. It has everything you might need, and I was grateful for a clean, cozy, fresh place to rest after the trip's hassles. The staff can't speak English, but are very kind and welcoming, and nothing one can't solve with a translator. Breakfast is white bread with Nutella, not exactly my cup of tea but I was kindly allowed to use the fridge and kitchen. Thanks again for having me :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating—always kind, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure every little request of ours was met. The villa itself is a gem. It’s peaceful, tranquil, and has such a special vibe—something beautifully timeless that reminded me of the home I grew up in. It blends traditional charm with modern comforts in the best possible way. We came here for a family vacation, and everyone had a fantastic time. My mom loves to cook for the family, and she was delighted with the fully equipped kitchen that had everything she needed. The kids practically lived in the pool, swimming twice a day and having the time of their lives. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already talking about coming back!

I like to stay in mba Shinta’s villa because there’s a parking space for up to 4 suv car, the room was big enough and there’s a extra bed if you need for your kids! Thanks mba Shinta. And the exterior feels like in Bali. The place is in Bantul but near from Prawirotaman, so if you want to go get some Gelato from Tempo Gelato Prawirotaman just 9 mins, Jogja was so hot! Overall, I’m really enjoy to stay on Wabisabi villa!

Beautiful home, very spacious with a lovely layout. Rooms are large and comfortable, air conditioning is excellent (quiet and efficient), the kampung is peaceful, however you find yourself relatively close to any activity Jogja has to offer. The swimming pool is gorgeous and should be used daily. The garden mature, with many of the plants and trees reaching the second floor height., absolutely stunning. If the price weren’t so high, I might stay here more frequently in the future. I would definitely appreciate a lower price option if less rooms are used. I will return nevertheless. ☺️

Suited for a family or group trip. Has 3 bedrooms fit for 2 at each room, located at the back side of main building, suitable for those that require privacy. A little bit damp at first, but recovered by AC. Main building has 2 beds that can be used for sharing. Parking lot can comfortably accomodate 2 cars. Not so far from both downtown and Kaliurang area. Many cafes nearby, also in reasonable distance for online food delivery.

Absolutely amazing stay! I had an incredibly satisfying experience at this villa. The service friendly, and helpful staff (there were 4 people who took great care of us). The entire place was spotlessly clean, with daily room cleaning. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom and even a personal fridge, which was super convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the rooms cool and comfortable. We also got free snacks and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The villa has a very spacious parking area, and the swimming pool was not only big but also aesthetic. One of the best parts was the chill-out area upstairs with a direct view of Mount Merapi, absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this villa and was very happy with the experience. It’s kids-friendly, has a peaceful and lush environment, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. However, the location was a bit tricky. At first, the map led us through an unfinished road, and we had to turn around and find another route. The alternative road was quite narrow and in poor condition—only wide enough for one car. Hopefully, the access road can be improved in the future, especially because it feels a bit scary at night xixi

Good place to stay with a lot of vertical room. Recommended for someone who's looking a place to sleep with quite less indoor stay activities. The pool is clean & the assistant is very helpful. They also provide free breakfast!
