Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the home is perfect for families, those bringing extra vehicles or friends catching up. Only 3km drive to the CBD or ride your bikes all the way along the beach into town to really feel like you're on holiday. Enjoy the views from the large east facing verandah.

This beachfront home offers stunning scenery in a family friendly community. An ideal spot for guests who enjoy fishing, crabbing and fun on the beach. Plenty of room to park a boat. Two boat ramps within walking distance. Situated only 30 minutes from Rockhampton and Yeppoon. 20 minutes from Emu Park.
