In addition, there is a private terrace exclusively for this floor, along with a seating area on the terrace. There is a BBQ available for guests to use on the patio.

Our house is a single-story 1+1 with a separate entrance. There's air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Turkish coffee maker, toaster, Nescafé machine, pots and pans, etc. It's 300 meters from the sea, the pool, and the beach. 50 meters to corporate stores such as Bim, Migros, A101, and Tedi. The bus, minibus, and taxi stop are in front of the house. Due to local laws, it is mandatory to obtain ID details from all guests and notify the gendarmerie.
