Better than we imagined !!! Super attention from everyone

Super clean, everything was always taken care of with us, even days before the agreed date, the house was very clean and the people who were cleaning were always very attentive to our needs, pleasant and polite. Miss Maribel was always attentive and responding to our messages, she offered us the necessary amenities to spend an incredible weekend and was very flexible with check-in and check-out times.

Everything is great! Jonathan was always attentive and responded to my thousands of messages! Super helpful and friendly! The place was perfect for us! It's great for large groups.

The house is just as shown in the photos, we had a very pleasant stay, and everything is very spacious, the rooms were quite large and we settled in very well, fully-equipped kitchen and we spent a lot of time at the pool and foosball tables, since there are not many houses around we had no problem making a lot of noise with the music, we would possibly come back at some point

It is a very comfortable house to spend time with the family in the Lomas de Cocoyoc subdivision. All the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are next to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable. The area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the subdivision, I would definitely stay again.

The house and garden are amazing. We enjoyed it very much, with all the amenities and super attentive service! We'll be back

Casa Tezo is an excellent option to rest for a few days and get out of the routine. Maryel was always very nice and with Mrs. Karina they were always aware. The house is a very good size and there is everything to be able to cook and not have to go out to anything. The pool is delicious and with the barbecue outside it was functional enough to enjoy the outdoor food. No doubt in the first opportunity we are going back to rest at home Tezo. 😊

The house is just as described, suitable for pets, seniors and children, with privacy in the bedrooms, utensils in the kitchen to make breakfast and simple food, it has a super Aurrerá and a BBB nearby and places to order food at home.

Lorena always responded to messages in a timely manner, and Alicia was very kind to provide an accessible arrival. The accommodation is amazing; actually, the photos don't do it justice. Although our visit coincided with the rainy season, we were able to enjoy the pool at times. We had some problems that we shared privately with Lorena, who was very attentive and assertive in providing us with a solution. I would definitely highly recommend this place as an excellent choice.

The house is excellent, very nice. The industrial style combines very well with the environment, simple but elegant. The location is very good, quite close to downtown Tepoz. Teresa is always attentive to everything and very helpful. I liked that there are "Uber Eats" type delivery people and they take everything to the house. The privacy and calm in the place is excellent to relax and get away from the city. In short, highly recommended

If you go with your whole family, it's the right place since it has many beds, a 5-minute drive to an Oxxo and I saw several stores in the area. There's no noise at night in case you want to sleep early. It's totally worth paying for the boiler. The pool is more enjoyable, which by the way is large and has a division for children

Mrs. Citlali helped us with many things and the truth is that Citlali provided very good cleaning and food service. In addition, the house is very large and the air conditioning helps a lot with the heat. :)

The house is beautiful and very spacious. It's just as it appears in the photos. Everything was very clean, the pool water temperature was great for the weather. Both the bedrooms and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The master bedroom is beautiful, very spacious, nice and has a balcony. Next door there is a store and pharmacy and it saves you. The Oaxtepec market is 8 minutes away. The barbecues it has are really good, and the areas to socialize and eat. Eri always helped me with all my questions and was always available, very clear and super attentive. I highly recommend this place! It's beautiful. Thank you very much for everything!

An excellent place to rest, the pool is a very good size, nice, clean, the water is warm, very quiet. In the kitchen, all the utensils in case you like to cook, the towels and sheets smelled like fabric softener, it has a garage. 100% recommended, the host is always available and attentive to any questions. Overall, we had a great time 10/10
