The subdivision is very nice, you can stay in the private pools or go to the clubhouse which is spectacular. It's a perfect plan to go with the family! The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

Excellent place, very quiet, 10 minutes from downtown Tepoztlán , the hosts were always attentive to our needs. Shared amenities were amazing. Totally back.

I stayed this weekend with friends and the experience was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, which allowed us to rest and fully enjoy our stay, the jacuzzi and the pool 10/10. Everything was clean, comfortable and as shown in the pictures. It was definitely the best option for our trip and I highly recommend it. I hope to be back soon! ✨

The apartment is super comfortable, spacious, and quiet, and cool, despite the fact that in the area it is usually warm during the summer. You usually only come across a few neighbors during weekends. Abraham was waiting for us upon arrival, and in our case, he was always attentive and responded immediately to extend the stay when we needed him. All we needed was to periodically bring clothes to wash to some laundry in Yautepec, and install our own satellite internet antenna as it does not have this service. (In total we were 3 months, doing remote work, and going to the city of MX almost every week) There is an Oxxo store across the street, about 400m from the apartment, but you need to leave by car for shopping at the supermarket, about 5km away.
