Great location with fantastic views, perfect to sit, relax and unwind. Fully appointed kitchen to prepare your own meals, or lots of great options nearby to eat out. Craig's apartment was beautiful. The outlook over the river was perfect, despite our rainy weekend! The home itself was spotlessly clean and we felt completely at home. The kitchen was well stocked and Craig was flexible with check in time which was really useful due to unforseen circumstances. We would recommend a stay here and would love to return next time we are in the Sunshine Coast.

Best place we've stayed in Sunshine Coast and we can't wait to return and stay again. This place is an absolute treasure and Tracey (who we met at check-in) was brilliant and gave us some extra local recommendations for restaurants and playgrounds which we greatly appreciated. Apartment is exactly as per the photos, but the incredible decor also creates such a beautifully calm space. Well appointed kitchen for cooking and great pool / jacuzzi area which also has a BBQ area. Simply brilliant.

Wonderful stay right on the beach! 15-20 minutes walking distance north to Maroochydore and south to Mooloolaba. The apartment exceeding expectations with the cutest welcome basket, and complete with picnic basket. The sunrise and sunset views are unbeatable! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of glass wear, mugs, plates, etc - this is always appreciated if your a multiple coffees per day kind of person like myself. Easy check in and check out process! Definitely will be recommending to others!

We loved this place. Great layout and proximity to beach, cafes and restaurants. You could park at the accommodation and walk everywhere during your stay. We will definitely be back next time we are up North.

my boyfriend and i decided to celebrate our anniversary in the sunny coast and came across this place, when we got there it was absolutely beautiful. open with natural light flowing in. would absolutely re-book.

Lovely place! Beautiful big pool. The morning sunshine through the window seat was sensational! Bed was super comfy. Carla was great with responsiveness. Close to everything and the room was SO quiet at night and peaceful

We had a great weekend stay with family. Great location with a short drive to lots of restaurants and beaches. Also a few nice restaurants almost across the road that had great breakfast/coffee & Thai food. The house was well Maintained and beds very comfortable. We felt right at home.

Trish was an excellent host. Her instructions were timely and accurate which made renting very easy. Beachside is a beautiful and peaceful area within easy walking to the beach. The house backs onto natural bush which is a plus. A great place to relax.

We recently stayed at this property and were impressed by its beautiful design and ideal location, which made our trip truly enjoyable. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a wonderful base for our visit. However, we did have some concerns about the outdoor security cameras. While we appreciate the need for security, their positioning made the outdoor living spaces feel less private, which limited our ability to fully relax and enjoy those areas. Overall, it’s a lovely property, but a bit more consideration for guest privacy in the outdoor spaces would make it even better.

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

Fabulous stay for my friends 60th Birthday. Very close to the beach, close to Mt. Coolum walk. The place was a gated community with great facilities, ie tennis courts, bbq, pool. Great living area, kitchen for us girls to catch up. Bedrooms were spacious & well appointed. Fabulous weekend.

It is so close to the beach, great coffee shop downstairs, the apartment is quiet, very clean and had everything necessary. It was perfect. Great location. Easy walk into Mooloolaba. Clean, fantastic views, great no hassle communication. Had everything that we needed for a short 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

Tim and Kim’s place is well located being within walking distance to Hastings Street, the shops in the opposite direction, the beach and the national park. The bed is extremely comfortable and the showers have plenty of hot water and good pressure. The condo contains all the equipment you need to prepare a meal. The cleanliness has to be balanced against the age of the apartment, meaning that it is as clean as it can be for an apartment of its age. If you’re wanting a sparkling, recently renovated apartment this one isn’t that. We enjoyed the facilities of the complex - the sauna and table tennis. We would happily stay in this apartment again.

Beautiful location and view. Lovely quiet accommodation with everything we could have possibly needed. Extremely clean and fresh. Excellent communication from host. 100% would recommend!

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

Exceptional place to stay. Very well appointed. Amazing views over the ocean - from the lounge, the patio and the rooftop. Lots of restaurants nearby and the Surf Club is a must. That said - why go out when you have such a fantastic place to stay. Can’t wait to return and chillax.
