Had a great stay here! Adam was very responsive and helpful during the trip. The house was cozy and private and the basement was a huge bonus!

We really enjoyed our Memorial Day weekend on the cape! This home is close to everything,l but private, cozy, and the backyard fire pit, bar and deck was just perfection! It was so wonderful that we could bring our dogs as well! When we return to Yarmouth, this house will be our go-to for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Cod home! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We truly had everything we needed and felt right at home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Neil’s home was spotless and clean. We don’t usually travel with a pet but she was welcoming of my daughter’s pet which was a huge help. The location was in a very safe and well kept neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Neli was super attentive and at the same time was respectful of our privacy. Just the right amount of communication to welcome us and let us know she was always available if needed. A couple things to note for future guests, the 4th bedroom is in the basement. It was fine for us but something others may want to know if you are sensitive to that. It was spacious and clean though. Also the master bathroom outlet is partially covered by the back of the vanity so we could not plug our hairdryer into the outlet. Also not a big deal for us but we did have to coordinate using the other bathroom so all of us girls could get ready. All in all it was a pleasant stay with every amenity we needed, including fresh flowers and coffee and an outside shower

This sweet cottage is a little slice of heaven on earth! Every detail from the picket fence and flowers out front to the local art and thoughtful touches in each room… it just felt exactly what you’d hope a little cottage on cape cod would feel! Peter was so helpful with info and details and we felt at home immediately. Location is amazing- the beach up the road is lovely and restaurants are walkable. Shopping and groceries are not far and the highway is easy to access, leading to so many more adventures. Being able to bring our dog was a great perk! She loved the beaches too! Thank you, we plan to return!

We had a wonderful week on the Cape. I was initially concerned as this house is attached to the primary residence. However, the yards are completely separate and private, the owner was not in residence while we were there, and we forgot all about it after check in. The house is just steps to the beach, which also has a playground and swings. Beach chairs and umbrella were included, but be sure to bring your own cooler. The kitchen had all new pans and utensils, everything we could ask for. We did a lot of cooking, although we checked out a few local restaurants including The Skipper chowder house, a quick walk away. We also enjoyed mini golf, the arcade, and go karts at Skull Island which kept my crowd of teenagers happy. We rented kayaks on Bass River which was a great way to tool around the coves and inlets nearby. I spent a great deal of time on the deck with coffee and a book, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. A lovely, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

This house was very clean and adorable. The hosts were very responsive. There was what i believed to be a significant issue on the part of airb&b. They had the wrong adress listed for the house. Again this was not the hosts fault. It was listed as a house in Plymouth but was actually in Bourne, which I was very upset about after driving around for an hour and literally alomost trying to get into a strangers house at night in the dark. Airb&b refused to do anything for me to make this right and blamed it on google maps which is laughable. So for the house and the hosts (residentually) I give 5 stars. For airb&b I give 0 stars.

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

The home was clean and well located. It was also stocked with necessities for young children which was very much appreciated.

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Such a cozy cottage! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, the bed was very comfortable, and the serene outdoor sitting area with its lovingly crafted goldfish zen pond was absolutely beautiful. It’s always wonderful when what you see in online photos is what you get when you open the front door! Yulia’s home is beautiful with all the comforts of home and conveniently located to the ferries to the islands. Its location allows you to bounce around to various spots on the cape, by car of course :)

Betsy’s house is a true gem. My family and I (with 2 dogs) spent a wonderful 5 nights at Betsy’s place. The house is spacious, cozy, super clean and filled with lovely decorations. We all felt at home and were very comfortable. The location is perfect and close to everything. We would absolutely recommend a stay at this house.

Michael’s place was super comfortable for a few early season cape days. It was just as described, and Michael was communicative and helpful. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Location, location, location! Our tennis team was in need of a space that could comfortably house us, offer flexible sleeping options, and provide convenient access to the tennis facility where our tournament was held. This house met/exceeded all of these needs. We were within 5 minutes of the tennis facility which allowed us the convenience of coming and going without worrying about being late. We also loved having abundant space to spread out as well as having large communal spaces like the living room and dining room when we all wanted to be together. Chen was also very responsive to our questions/requests as they arose. Overall, this was the perfect place for us! The only feedback I would suggest for improvement is for the skylights to have shades. Two bedrooms have skylights and those of us sleeping in these rooms were awake as soon as the sun rose (too early) and had a hard time battling the sun. Sakie was so accommodating of our off season stay over the Christmas holidays. Exactly what we needed and more. Loved the proximity to the beach for morning walks with the dog and the wood burning fireplace made for cozy nights.

The home was lovely. The inside and outside were just as described in the pictures. The home had everything needed in the kitchen for cooking, although we chose to order food for delivery. The neighborhood was very quiet with friendly neighbors. The location was close to groceries and shopping—great locations for the ferries (Woodhole and Island Queen) to Martha's Vineyard. Although my stay was short, the accommodations were perfect! CONS: It was most challenging to navigate the channels on the TV's in the home. I would only recommend having a local channel guide available.
