In the 2 level you will have a semi-smart private room connected to Alexa, with commands to turn on the air conditioning, the tv, the lamp, for your convenience a robot vacuum for the room, and access to the balcony. The entrance is through the 1st floor house patio.

It is 29 square meters, has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, air conditioning, everything is brand new. The common area is shared with my family, I mean the grill and the terrace. We are located in the center of the city of Pucallpa, 5 minutes from the Plaza de Armas, markets, Downtown in Motokar. And 15 minutes from the Pucallpa airport.
