Elegant and modern with remodeled areas. Beach.

Uno de los mejores edificios en Tucacas ahora Edificio Los Roques ya que tiene un area de piscina remodelada y siempre limpia además bastante grande con Tobogan. Tiene parque de niños en perfecto estado y también un área de refugio de tortugas. En el área de la playa hay churuatas y áreas de jugar futbol y bolas criollas. Ubicado a 10 minutos del embarcadero. El edificio no tiene planta eléctrica pero tiene elevador/ascensor aunque a veces no está funcionando.
