We stayed with Mr. Achille for 2 weeks, while Mr. Achille took good care of us. the house is very large, the safety well guaranteed 24 hours a day. we were with Mr. Achille as home. the water and power supply was guaranteed. the guard was incredibly friendly, to whom I thank again. I would recommend Mr. Achille's address here in Yaounde.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it is clean and very pretty. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is really a plus! I love it! Big up to Raphael the caretaker, it's a sugar! He is nice and very helpful troooop. The only thing is that the road to the house is very bad so it's a little complicated with the Yango but it's not impossible, moreover I learned that it will be repaired shortly so it's okay. The neighborhood is good and the shops next door are too good! In addition there are 2 BHB vendors 10 seconds on foot from the house and a braised corn vendor 1 min on foot, AMAZING 😻 I would recommend this house 100%. Thank you so much. I had a nice stay with this place.

I stayed in Gaelle's place for 3 months and with the location secure and quiet, and at the same time close to the main road, it definitely worth the money (esp. in Bastos). I am equipped with everything (washing machine, microwave oven, etc.) and Gaelle was responsive in changing and repairing stuffs whenever I have a problem. You may need to look for your own wifi, but it is general a thing in Yaounde that people tend to use data then setting up wifi, it will be easy to do so with the Orange store 7 mins walk from the house. One thing is that the sound of the rain may get very loud as this a house on the ground floor but not an appartment. All in all, I am most satisfied with Gaelle's responsiveness and the location of this house.

This place perfectly matched my needs, very clean with hot water, wifi access included and Canal +. The apartment is a 15min walk from the city center and is right next to Bastos the best neighborhood in Yaoundé. Host Emile is attentive and always available to help. I will be back for sure at this apartment when I return to Yaoundé.

It was a great stay in this apartment equipped with quality furniture! The host is very responsive and accommodating, and the apartment is very comfortable. The only downsides I could note are: - the fact that the terrace is not private, contrary to what the photos may suggest (it is a terrace located in front of the apartment and shared with visitors, cleaners and security agents in particular), - the fact that there are no specific mosquito repellent provisions for the moment, which makes it difficult to ventilate the apartment without being invaded, - the fact that there is no generator at the moment in the residence, when we know how much power outages are in the country. Fortunately, the neighborhood is generally spared from shedding but I still experienced 2 during my stay. Anyway, I recommend it and will not hesitate to come back!

An unforgettable stay at Solange's! I had a real crush on Solange's house, a haven of peace in the heart of Yaoundé. Mrs. Sylvie's welcome was warm, and the check-in went smoothly. The house is superb, well decorated, cool even in high heat, and perfectly equipped (Wi-Fi, washing machine, microwave, full kitchen). I particularly appreciated the two small solar lamps in case of power outages, the screens on the windows, the little corner of greenery, and the security provided by a caretaker. The neighborhood is quiet and well located, less than 20 minutes from the airport. Small bonus: the hair salon “The Eiffel Tower” right next to the gas station , for beautiful braids and a top manicure. Thank you Solange for your availability, kindness and prompt communication. I felt right at home. See you soon!

The place is save and easy to access. Lots of activities around within the gated area. Host is very communicative and friendly. Rooms clean and as described. Would stay here again
