Un séjour parfait dans un appartement idéalement situé. L'emplacement est vraiment top, proche de tout ce dont on a besoin. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. L'hôte est extrêmement sympathique, réactive et proactive, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des conseils. Le contact avec elle a été facile et agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Le logement proposé par Francis était tel que présenté sur les photos, très mais au dessus de tout l'accueil et professionalisme de son personnel. Souriants, amicaux et très disponibles a tout heure. Mr Francis est un modèle de franchise et c'est l'hôte parfait pour une première découverte du pays et de la ville. Les services additionnels a votre demande comme la voiture avec chauffeur, la cuisinière sont un plus. Vraiment ce séjour de 3 semaines n'était que du bonheur. Je vous recommande cet hôte. Bien que le confort, vous avez des humains qui ont l'amour du prochain a votre service. Encore merci.

Emmanuel's house was fantastic! The space was large and comfortable. Emmanuel was extremely responsive and attentive to every detail. His kindness was exceptional. The venue was easily accessible, and the caretaker was always available when needed. Amenities included: - Fast internet - Fully equipped kitchen - Comfortable living space (just as pictured) - Immaculately clean I initially booked for one month but extended my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Malgré quelques malentendus, Basile a été très arrangeant, avenant, proactif et toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande sans hésiter et y reviendrai à coup sûr pour un prochain séjour.

If I were to use a word to describe my stay at this accommodation, it would be “spotless”. I was mostly impressed by the timely responses and friendliness of the staff. In particular, one of the staff, Laura, was very helpful, from assisting me find the location, to ensuring a smooth check-out. Speaking from my experience at the accommodation, I can attest and vouch to the safety and tranquility of the location, day and night.

Très bonne maison neuve de plein pied propre à 3 minutes en voiture ou moto du rond point express à Byem Assi. Endroit super calme et paisible, sécurisé avec un bon portail, place de parking à l’intérieur, belle petite terrasse avec évier à l’extérieur, table et chaises. Grand salon confortable bien climatisée, canal+. Presque pas de coupure d’électricité, alimentation en eau permanente grâce à une réserve. Cabrel qui vit juste en face est présent si vous avez le moindre souci ou pour un renseignement. Draps en coton changés une fois par semaine. 3 grandes chambres propres, 2 salles de douche, 3 wc, cuisine avec tout ce qu’il faut : frigo, gaziniere , évier, ustensiles,… Nous étions un couple avec nos 3 enfants. C’était parfait et central pour profiter de Yaoundé et loin du brouhaha du trafic. Rien ne nous à manqué. Je recommande sans hésiter même pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Très bonne adresse. Bon rapport qualité - prix. Bonne communication. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Le séjour chez Mathieu a été agréable. pour avoir l'habitude des séjours sur Yaoundé, j'ai tout d'abord apprécié le rapport qualité prix, l'emplacement de la maison qui est facile d'accès à pied et en voiture, les solutions de contournement (eau...). Côté standing c'est beaucoup mieux que la plupart des annonces, j'ai toujours eu à rechercher le parfait partout où j'allais mais je tombais toujours sur des surprises, des gros écart entre image et réalité. Il n'y a pratiquement pas de bestioles hormis quelques moustiques (il y a la moustiquaire). Donc ceci pour dire que vous serez probablement déçu à l'arrivée (contraste de standing entre maison moderne en Europe et au Cameroun) mais aurez mieux que la plupart des annonces de location.

Amazing amazing amazing. Felt right at home away from home. This is my new home every time I travel to Yaoundé - Cameroon. So beautiful garden, friendly people. My wife and 2 kids had a lot of space to use and play. Wife and I could cook and do the laundry at ease, something you don't get from a hotel. Finally the price you pay for 1 week stay is 5 times cheaper than what you would have if staying at the nearby hotel. I recommend this amazing place to the world. La résidence de Hermann est propre avec des mobilier et équipement de haute qualité et de propreté. Cela n’a rien à envier avec un hôtel 5 étoiles. Je la recommande vivement à toute personne de passage sur Yaoundé. Je n’hésiterai pas à y faire un tour à mon prochain passage.

Nice location and view of the city from rooftop

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le concierge Georges malgré notre arrivée extrêmement tardive était disponible pour nous attendre. De même sa gentillesse est un vrai atout, le logement est situé en bordure de route et l'accès y est facile à tout moment. je recommande cet appartement et je n'hésiterais pas à y revenir.

Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Haus. Die Kinder können in der Anlage rumspielen. keine Aufsicht notwendig sa privat. Der Pool ist de Hammer. Das Essen extrem 😋 Der Gastgeber sowie personnal sehr nett und professionell gern wieder!

Bertin’s place is a beautiful oasis in the city. It was so peaceful and relaxing to chill by the pool. The pool and the entire property was in pristine condition. The staff on site is top notch. Each one is very responsive, welcoming and professional. As a host Bertin is very responsive and accommodating. We felt at home at the residence and will be returning in the future. Highly recommended!!!
