This place is adorable. Super clean and free of clutter. Great location. Magdalyn went above and beyond to make everything work for us. Would 100% stay again.

This place was perfect for our large group! Plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, and other house basics, so we didn't have to worry about anything!

This was a great spot for our group! Plenty of space on all three floors and two fully stocked kitchens. The deck has a great view and the fire pit area in the front is a nice touch. Enjoyed our stay!

This was my first experience with an Airbnb. Sophia made it easy and seemless. House was very beautiful. Sophia left us a loaf of sour dough bread that was delicious. I forgot my toothbrush and she had one there for me. Anything that you may have forgotten, she has you covered. 100% would stay here again. Next time I will bring my puppy!

This house was great. It is on a very quiet street that is very close to downtown. Shops and restaurants are within a walkable distance. Kea was very responsive to any question I sent her. We will definitely be checking for availability the next time we travel to Vermilion.

We had a great time. Beautiful home. Peaceful location. It’s right outside of Yankton so it’s quiet but still close enough to run into town if you need to grab something. The hot tub was a big hit for everyone that stayed. We spent most of our time on the back patio and is perfect for gatherings.

Great place for adult children and partners to meet-up and bring Uncles and Grandpa together for our holiday celebration. There was a gorgeous view, plenty of space for gathering to visit, and the kitchen had our necessary pots, pans, and dishes. It was a lovely way to spend Christmas.

This is a great stay! It’s definitely tiny 😊 but is very well organized and has everything needed for a convenient getaway. The outdoor grill station is the perfect addition for nice weather. It’s super quiet and peaceful with almost all of the sounds we heard coming from the birds. Stephanie was extremely pro active about making sure we had everything we could possibly need and that any potential questions were covered! Highly recommend 👏🏽👏🏽

Cara’s place was an awesome place for our family to gather and catch up.The setup of home worked well, the yard and deck was very nice area on a beautiful weekend to relax, making treasured memories!

Everything was clean and comfortable. We were there for a wedding in Yankton so we didn't spend a ton of time at the house.

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving week of pheasant hunting we are a family of 10 (8 adults and 2 kids). Peaceful, and close to public land. Thank you Kayla!

The Magnolia Tiny House is so peaceful and private with beautiful views; the furnishings are beautiful and cozy. The huge windows give a fantastic view of the countryside with an added treat of seeing turkeys, rabbits and cows. This tiny house has everything to make you feel at home, from lots of blankets, toiletries for showering, cookware and condiments for cooking, and a washer/dryer for longer stays. The fireplace and hot tub are nice touches, even though I didn’t use either. After a wonderful day enjoying Ponca State Park, it was a real treat to stay here.

The house was in a very peaceful location yet close to the activities our family wanted to do. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just right for the number of people in the house and all commented on the comfy beds. We loved the flat-top griddle and made good use of it preparing our family meals. We loved our stay in Yankton!
