Peng was very friendly and left detailed instructions for getting into her place. We were very happy staying here!

Perfect place for our stay cation. We went out for a fun evening with great food, followed by drinks at a new bar and walked back to our accommodation for a perfect night's sleep. Great location and very comfy bed. The room looks like it has been decorated by a professional team who know their stuff. We especially liked the balcony for morning coffee.

This place is very comfortable and clean. we do not regret at all booking and staying here, starting from the host and all the staff are also very helpful. One day if we visit Bangkok again we will stay here again, the right recommendation for relatives and family later if they visit Bangkok.

Great stay, close enough to most things to walk or take the subway, while being off the beaten path enough to still be a quiet retreat.

Canon's place is beautifully done. The finishings on the interior design are lovely with textured plaster, styled lighting, colourful cement tiles, curvy doorways and warm timber. The sheets were very nice and towels fluffy. We loved the local area, it's a mix of modern and new. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops around. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay here! The room is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern-minimalist style exactly like the photos. It’s super clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, right near Phra Athit Road in Bangkok. There are plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the river too. Ekawit was really helpful and responsive, always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

Not much amenities nearby, other than 7-11

The house was lovely for a 2 week stay for an American. I always stay in Marriott hotels as platinum there but I saw none had smoking in Thailand. This was my reason to choose Airbnb. The home had a wonderful balcony that allowed smoking. I filtered by homes with a pool and this has no photo. I was assuming a tiny terrible bathtub size pool. To my amazement and surprise it was a HUGE resort style pool equal to any Marriott. I went 2-3 times a day. Next to the house was amazing street food and 3 massage places. Grab took me easily around the city. And brought me back. 100% recommend this home for 1-2 travelers.

Apartment is located in downtown near malls, restaurants and public transportation in case you need, also Icon Siam mall is 10 minutes walking. All kind of commodities included wash and dry machine is useful and host offered a free clean service. Thank you so much for feeling like at home and good communication.

Ice is amazing host, my room have some problem but she immediately change the room for me. She very fast spond any message. The room was very clean and tidy. Next time if i come back to bangkok will not forgot to stay in this place again.

Very spacious, fast internet, not the prettiest surroundings but close enough to the city centre and a convenient 7/11 nearby.

value for money. nice pool, restaurants, coffee shop, nice pool...not far from all the main attractions.

Enjoyed our stay here. Jane was super communicative and responsive. The place was decorated very well with many unique touches. Appreciated the various lighting options. It was clean and WiFi was excellent. Great balcony view and good location. The one downside for us was the pigeons calling the balcony their second home. The AC compressor is also outside right by where they do their business, so the AC air coming in is a bit stale and not very fresh. There’s a good air purifier inside which helps but something to consider if you’re sensitive.

The place is nice and as described. Communication with Charmaine is very good. The accommodation is in a beautiful area with the possibility to explore some attractions within walking distance.

I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

Really nice place, beautiful apartment. Just a short walk to the main street where you can catch a cab. Also very nice bathtub.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect— just a few minutes walk to all the happening spots and within walking distance to several markets and night markets. The property itself was super clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. It made our trip so comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
