An unforgettable experience within the wilderness of nature around , with an mesmerizing view of the Himalayan landscape I had at the newest edition of Mettadhura on my 2nd trip to the heartland of Dhura, one of the beautiful offbeat place I've been so far. The well decorated and cozy wooden cabin, private seating and big balcony was my new finding. I felt so relaxed sitting my balcony enjoying the sunset and sunrise.. Felt to spent the whole day sitting there and just seeing the beautiful landscape. Nice food, exceptional hosting by Mriganka and so homely feeling I was looking for from this trip. When we came across Akshara Yoga Farm Stay, we were excited to get a dog-friendly place near the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve (less than 30 minutes away). Akshara Yoga Farm is set amidst acres of farm land. You wake up with the birds' chirping and go to sleep with jackals' howling - that's how much you're surrounded by nature. Akshara Yoga had a lot of open space where my dog Fluffy loved exploring and playing till she was exhausted. We want to give her new experiences and this trip was one such. Village markets were just 15 minutes away from Akshara wherein we enjoyed freshly - roasted peanuts. The stay itself was comfortable. We were the only guests; so, we had complete freedom and privacy. We were provided adequate quilts and a heater to ward off the January cold. The food was tasty. Ravinder ji fed us the most finger-licking parathas for breakfast and vegetarian spread for dinner. Saurabh was an amicable and responsive host. We hope to meet Varvara on our next visit.

Absolutely an awesome experience staying in this house. It was like staying in a wholly equipped comfortable home, which has touches of art and taste everywhere.
