Comfortable apartment with amazing views! Perfect place to relax and just enjoy watching the ocean. Sharon really goes above and beyond in making sure you have everything you need, there was fruit and fresh bread in the kitchen, the fridge was well stocked with eggs, milk, butter, ham and more. There were a lot of toys, kids books and DVDs, which meant our toddler had a the best time. The location is perfect, apart from the stunning views, there is a restaurant 50m down the street (which does great breakfasts), the Pacific Hotel and some other restaurants are a 5 minute walk away and the center of town is a pleasant 10 minute walk (or short drive). Highly recommended!

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed at Lorraine’s. It was absolutely perfect and had every thing we needed. The beach decor was a huge highlight for the kids, they loved finding things in each room. We are already planning when we will stay again.

Our stay at this stylish boutique air BnB in Yamba was nothing short of magical. It has stunning views of the ocean and the balcony was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and to watch whales go by, offering a truly unforgettable experience. The interior is beautifully decorated, with a cozy gas fireplace adding a touch of warmth to our winter evenings. The stunning design made us feel like we had been transported back to a charming villa in Italy. The location was perfect. We enjoyed walks along the beach and exploring the picturesque surroundings on our bikes. The host's recommendations for local dining spots were spot on. We cannot recommend this beautiful air BnB enough and hope to return one day 🐬🔱💙

Beautifully presented accommodation, perfect for a quite beach getaway. Location overlooking the sand dunes and surf was magical. We were able to walk everywhere…. Wooli Wooli Cafe for great coffee, the bowls club for yummy Chinese dinner and the Wooli Boat hire for a couple of hours cruising Wooli Wooli River. We felt very at home in your gorgeous beach getaway Sally. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Hands down the best place we have EVER stayed in NSW/QLD thanks to the incredible view and location. Thanks to the hosts generously stocked kitchen and bathroom, we felt right at home and was able to enjoy the space without any worries. Direct beach access via a walking track, dolphins swimming past every day and a gorgeous sunrise and sunset without fail. It was brilliant! Walking distance from everything you want in Yamba, and if the slope down to the beach is too steep it’s an easy drive to the carpark at Main Beach. The hosts were friendly and extremely kind when our car refused to start upon checkout. Thank you for an incredible stay. We will be back!

Jules and Carl were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable from the first meeting at the premises. The accommodation was very clean and serviceable. We caught the courtesy bus to the hotel 10 minutes away and could have done the same to the bowls club but they closed early that particular day. We also caught the ferry across to Yamba 30 minutes and went to the Wobbly Chook Brewery. Overall we had a great stay and will return next time we visit Iluka.

Fantastic location, walk to town centre, pool and surf club etc. Magic views with dolphins turning up two out of five mornings.

We had such a great stay. Thank you Rod! The house is beautiful & has such a good feel to it & sitting on the deck looking at the river is just magical. I loved cooking in the kitchen & the coffee machine was such a bonus. We didn’t want to leave & will definitely come back.

The house was very well positioned just across the road from where you can catch the ferry across to Yamba. The house itself was beautifully presented, extremely clean with almost new kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable and we all felt right at home. Our host, Kylie was very welcoming and responsive, sending us messages to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back if Kylie will have us as we really enjoyed our stay.

We were wanting something peaceful and relaxing to spend time with family for a reunion and this was it. From the moment you walked in the door it felt like home. So much space allowing for everyone but we spent most of the time hanging out in the spacious well equipped kitchen or outside on the beautiful patio. Beds were all very comfortable with clean linens and bedding. Bathrooms were all clean with all towels provided. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking any type of meal. We had to stay an extra night due to road closures in the area that we were traveling to next and they were very accommodating. We will be back and hopefully it won’t rain as much.

Incredible! Right on the sand dunes, watch the waves, feel the breeze and go to sleep with the sound of crashing waves. The house is gorgeous and a wonderful place for a family holiday. Very clean and with everything you need, lots of little extra touches which make you feels so welcome. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful time on our first stay that we couldn’t wait to come back again. We loved everything about this home and the town of Minnie Water. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We attended a family wedding in Yamba and chose Gina’s place to stay for 3 nights. Really appreciated Gina’s excellent communication and great advice. Her home is in a perfect location, spacious and comfortable with a lot of attention to detail. We hope to return!

We had a fantastic fishing weekend away here. great communication from Graeme and check in was a breeze. lots of space and lots of fishing spots close by.

Marcus was an amazing host. We adored our stay in his beautiful comfortable home. Marcus was friendly and responsive and his home was very comfortable. The house has the most amazing view over the river and it was very peaceful. we appreciated Marcus's personal tour showing us the features and workings of the home. it perfectly suited us travelling as 2 small families for a Hockey Carnival. highly recommend.
