Great location by train station, very walkable and lots of stores and mall near station. Very quiet neighborhood. Clean and authentic living space. Would stay there again!

It was good as it used to be. Recommended for large groups.

The location is excellent. It is hardly a 5 minute walk to Shin osaka station. There are lots of shop and restaurants nearby the house. There was only one minor inconvenience. The floors were really squeaky, once our kid slept even tip toing didn’t help to prevent the noise from walking on floor. But as she slept like a log after tiring day it didn’t wake her up. Even the kitchen chairs etc seemed a bit outdated and were a bit loose and squeaky. There is only one bathroom and one western toilet.

A great place a bit out the way, I would definitely stay again .I would recommend to rent a car or a bicycle to get back at night. the local Transit shuts down 8ish. but a very nice place. just look for all the boats.

I had a lovely stay at Luana's place. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the instruction booklet to help operate the TV and washing machine. Just be aware there are 2 very steep flights of stairs to go up which can be quite challenging with bigger bags. I would recommend utilising their service for assistance here if possible. Very convenient location in a nice neighbourhood. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay.

Our family of 7 had a truly wonderful stay at Kimi’s place in Kyoto. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable trip. Kimi and his wife were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even surprised us with gifts, which made our stay even more special. When we accidentally left an item behind, Kimi graciously arranged to have it delivered to us, showing such care and hospitality. Throughout our stay, communication was easy, warm, and helpful. We could really feel the heart they put into hosting, and we are so grateful for the experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto. Thank you again, Kimi and Marilyn!

The community bakery at the entrance is a plus. The location is good. There are many buses at the entrance. It's quite convenient to go to attractions. The room is clean and tidy. The sound insulation is average, but fortunately, the community is very quiet and not noisy

Great place to stay, close to Kyoto station. The fact that it's a short distance to popular neighbourhoods is no problem as there is a direct bus and subway (and Kyoto is great to explore by bike). The accommodation is beautiful in Japanese style, and easy to find with the proper instructions. The authentic bathroom is a great touch.

Sanae was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The place is a little far away from the train stations, but the free bicycles provided by Sanae made up for it. We loved how cozy the place was.

we were 8 adults and each had a comfortable bed and plenty of space. We even watched movies and really enjoyed the big round and tub. we forgot an expensive watch by accident and they shipped it to our next location in another city the same day!!!! Nearby is a convenience store and plenty of bus stops. The market nearby was also a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone who values cleanliness and good location. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was so nice to have even in May. Checking in was just entering a code on the door and letting the host know we arrived. They even let us in a few hours earlier. We knew they were always available but we never needed anything since the place was pretty perfect. The only thing is that the washing/drying machine takes over 2 hours. But most do in Japan. Beautiful place and professionally maintained.

My parents and I stayed at the house for two nights, and it was a great experience. Momoyo kindly let us check in early on the day of arrival and went beyond to make us tea to welcome us. The house is very well kept, clean, and has all the amenities to make it comfortable. It is also close to a lot of great restaurants and within walking distance to tourists’ favorite places. The host is very communicative, helpful, and punctual. Highly recommended!

Jinemon’s place is surreal, right by a busy main road but the moment you enter it it feels like walking into a personal art museum. It’s uniquely beautiful but also perfectly functional with all the amenities you need. The little garden and balcony on 2nd floor is a nice additional touch. The location is good - walkable to a few most worthy temples in the north of Kyoto while so close to a bus stop that connects you to the center of the city. The neighborhood itself is quiet but not without gems to be explored, cute bakeries, izakayas, etc. Jinemon is very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. I’d love to come back if I travel with family and friends again to Kyoto.

This home was perfect for our Kyoto trip the area it’s located in is close to everything but not too close that it’s noisy and so after a long day you can actually relax and sleep so well here. Has all the essential amenities needed (shampoo/conditioner, a toiletry kit, laundry soap, disposable house shoes). Has a heating unit works very well as does the washing machine. The home was very clean. Upstairs there is a set up bedroom with two beds and a Japanese style room with floor beds in the closet that can be set up. There is two floors and two bathrooms, one on each floor. Home looks just like the pictures, very beautiful architecture and so spacious. We came here early March, there was light rain and the home provided umbrellas which was a lovely touch. There is a tv with an Apple TV. Overall a perfect choice and would stay here again in the future!

Beautiful place: modern, clean and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The stairs are a bit steep but no problem as long as you’re careful. There is a market down the street, so we were able to cook in the evenings and the train station was about 3 blocks away. Quiet, safe neighborhood, fast WiFi, hot water and easy instructions. Highly recommend!

This was a very comfortable spot. A short walking distance to many great areas in Kyoto. Host was very responsive
