Vacation rentals with beach access in Yalova

A very nice house in a quiet street, 5 minutes by car to the train station in Kadıköy and Kadıköy center. The house is spacious, clean and well-maintained. When you need help or have a question, you get a quick response. For a place to stay, considering it's so spacious, well-maintained, and centrally located, it's worth the price.

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

We had great time at Sami's flat. It is a cozy, very clean and the sitting room specially is very calming. You wake up with the smell of fresh bread from the bakery opposite the building. The area is full of restaurants and shops, very close to the Bosporus and easy access to other attractions. It was so nice we actually love to go back.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

The perfect place to stay on Heybeliada! We had a lovely stay at Arzu’s place and enjoyed the change of pace coming from the mainland. The location is nice - a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal and much quieter at this time of year as the water park wasn’t open. We enjoyed nature walks and relaxing on the nearby beach. The place is well stocked, all as described/pictured and Arzu was very accommodating - sending recommendations and allowing us to check out late so we could get in one final swim!

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

It was a wonderful and peaceful accommodation experience. Our host was very helpful by contacting us at any time and warning us about foreseeable problems before we faced them. The interior of the house was spotless. The garden arrangement was so good that we could use every area efficiently, and there was a very social landscape arrangement. This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

Family trip enjoyed our stay, quiet place, great amenities and fresh linens stocked, and beautiful. Restaurants very close and amazing walkability to take photos by the sea.

we felt like we were in our own home, the house was more than enough in terms of use, Mr. Sedat was very caring and understanding, we were very satisfied, we definitely recommend a house I will keep next time

Zeynep and her family gave us such a warm welcome that we immediately felt at home. They were always available and happy to help with any of our questions or requests. Their flat was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our stay in their flat and had great communication with them. We 100% recommend this place.
