Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean apartment and totally matched the photos shown. Very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Rojhat was very friendly and welcomed us even though we arrived very late at night. Everything was great. We'll be back

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

The area you are in consists of 4 sections. There are 1 2+1 and 3 1+1 suites side by side. In general, even if they are close to each other, it is quiet and peaceful. The interior of the house is exactly as it appears. Free parking is available.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Great opportunity to get out of the city and relax.

It is a nice house by the lake. A bit far from major supermarkets. The swimming pool is of good size. Very nice yard. The landlord doesn't speak much English but is very kind and nice. I like the place.

Throughout the process, Mr. Sefa was caring and guiding and very polite. The apartment was just like in the photos. Thank you so much for everything.

It was a house that we were extremely satisfied with. Everything was available in the house and immaculately clean, it was a pleasure to watch the sinking day from the balcony and the terrace. Thank you for everything, Mr. Mert, it was a house where we stayed with peace of mind for 4 days

The host is very responsive and active, our requests were met. The Bungalov was clean and tidy. The linens and towels were fresh. We didn’t have an insect problem as other reviewers have mentioned, the only thing amiss was the squeaky and shaky floor in the kitchen section however this didn’t impact our stay. All in all was a really nice stay. Would recommend.

Our host, who greeted us when we checked in, explained everything necessary with a smiling face. Everything was thought out to the finest detail for the comfort of the guests in the house, and it had a very nice location. It was a great experience from start to finish! I will choose it again.

It was a villa where everything was thought of. There was even ice in the refrigerator. Although we messed it up a little, we tried to tidy it up as much as we could in the morning :) I wish him plenty of customers.

The property is even better than what you read in the description, it is amazing house with a good energy. The host was very responsive and helpful. I will be returning again with friends and family as it is a very nice place with readable rate

If you want an amazing, peaceful, lovely time-out, surrounded by incredible nature with a private river, pond and wildlife, this is your to-go. Full of privacy, with a great host 😍 who was always available and helpful, we enjoyed our stay very much, especially the kids. Thank you 🙏
