"Goat stable" with sea view

The "goat barn" is located on a property that is 18,000 m². In the immediate vicinity is the main house, which is also rented. In between is the pool that can be used by a maximum of 2 parties in the goat barn and in the finca. Other individual houses are 200 - 400 m away. The view to the west over the saltworks to the sea and into the sunset is breathtaking and offers a magnificent natural spectacle almost every evening.

The exterior features a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, with a spacious terrace. A dining table is set up nearby, and a storage shed is visible. The two-story duplex is complemented by a tranquil landscape of mountains in the background.
