Nice pretty house in a small village 10km from Varna.The house is situated just 20 meters from Varna Lake and the view is really amazing.Our house is newly-build and 100% suitable for living up to 8 people.It has a big garden with garden table and BBQ.On the first floor you can find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.The living-room is spacious and has a equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, stoves and oven.Suitable for 4 persons.On the second floor has another 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

Здравейте ! Много съм впечатлен от топлото посрещане, което имах с моята приятелка от домакинката. Били сме навсякъде в България(по планините, обиколили сме всички курорти и никога не оставям коментар, но този път реших да го направя.) Може би един от най-чистите и уютни апартаменти, в които сме били. Летяхме от София до Варна(апартамента е в близост до летището).Лесно се стига до центъра.Забелязох, че има много автобуси, които водят до центъра на града и всичките автобуси се редуват през 3,4 минути. Имахме всички условия за готвене и малки подаръчета оставени в хладилника за нас,което ми направи много голямо впечатление. Искам да изразя благодарности към тази прекрасна жена, защото беше помислила за всичко. :)

The great place for resting with friends or family in quite place far away from city noise. Good communication with owner, we even took the transfer from nearest railway station to the house. There are several shops to buy all necessary things near the house (could pay by card and cash). The house is big, light and have a lot of common places to spend time. Thanks Snezhanna for making feel us welcome.

The apartment was nice, cozy and clean. There we had everthing needed for our family vacation with kids- 4 yo kiddo and baby under 1 yo. Even though it was on the 2nd floor, we didn't have any problems with the baby's trolley, because the elevator was big enough to fit in. The kids just loved the outside area- playground and pool. There is a bar-restaurant in the complex which offers fresh pastry for breakfast, lunch meals and some dinner meals. The co- host Marinella was really friendly and responsive. She gave us detailed instructions for everything. Thank you, Marinella! Our family stay was really nice!

Thе place was awesome, there are two big houses and a spacious garden between the two of them. We used it as a place for anniversary party, hosting all of our guests with a bedroom and great summer garden party. The host is very welcoming and explained everything we needed. The only small inconvenience is the neighbor, which if too loud will complain. Everything else was great, I reccomend this place.
