Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Bumblebee cottage is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, set in a quiet residential street in the village of Oulton, Leeds. The local train station provides easy access into Leeds. The cottage is an ideal location for guests attending events & weddings at the local DeVere Oulton Hall Hotel & golf course.

With exposed original features and rich colour schemes drawn from the picturesque surroundings of the Haworth moors (where Cathy and Heathcliffe ran wild!) guests can expect to be transported to an earlier time whilst still benefiting from the luxury of modern-day amenities.

Enjoy staying at our charming Georgian cottage in leafy Roundhay, a 10 minute car ride from the centre of Leeds. There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants. There will be tea and coffee making facilities, milk in the fridge and fresh linen and towels for you! We hope you find it comfortable, stylish and well equipped! We consider longer lets too!

We are perfectly situated for a half way stop over when travelling between the south of England and Scotland, 5 minutes from the A1.
