You'll have easy access to everything. We are located in one of the best subdivisions of Teziutlán, in front of the convention center, Plaza el Edén, Gran Bodega, Cinépolis and Guadalupano Hospital. It will be very easy to get around, as we are very close to public transport stops that connect to any part of the city just 5 minutes from downtown by car. Suitable for the elderly and people with disabilities as it has an elevator and no stairs.

This place is strategically located: it will be very easy to plan your visit! There are two highly recommended restaurants on the lower part of the building. In front of the building, there is a plaza with a supermarket, movie theater, restaurants, and stores. On the right side of the building there is a pharmacy. You can get to downtown Walking, it will take you 12 minutes, in a private vehicle 3 minutes.

Oxxo and gas station 100 m away, pharmacies guadalajara 200 m away, city center 10 minutes by public transport, same as passing at the entrance of the house, parking for 6 shared cars, living room with fireplace, dining room, stove, microwave, refrigerator, 4 bedrooms with double TV beds with cable and internet, terrace... Pets were stopped by lack of hygiene in the previous guests.
