Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Xitun District

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the host was responsive to all our messages. Check in and checkout were easy.

I like the Layout. It’s close to a lot bustling place. It Was raining day but luckily we can have all kitchenware and comfy couch for chill beer night.

方便入住，可惜附近停車位不好找。 客廳很漂亮😍只是需要帶筆電才能看電視有些可惜。 冰箱有準備沙士及啤酒供我們使用，原本入住想去逛一中街但實在太累沒有出門，浪費了這個好地點😂 整體來說很不錯～ 我們很臨時找住宿能夠找到這邊感到很開心！

Thank you, Jerry, for being such a wonderful host! The apartment was beautifully renovated, clean, and fully equipped — we especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the large Smart TV. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproof windows made for peaceful, uninterrupted sleep despite being near the roadside. While the stairs were a bit of a challenge with luggage and kids, it encouraged us to travel light — a blessing in disguise! There was a minor issue with the inside gate, but Jerry responded quickly and resolved it. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

圖片與房源一樣，說明清楚容易抵達，房間乾淨整潔，設備完善，這次住了兩天感覺很棒很舒適，房東親切，回覆非常及時，房間還有附茶水跟小點心，若是有機會來台中，還會選擇再次入住，推推！

划算的價格 雖然離市區較遠不過旁邊就有東海大學的周邊 不至於不方便

寧靜舒適的房源。自助式入住跟退房，很方便，時間很自由，感謝。

clean little room

I visited Taiwan with my elderly parents and my brother and needed a place with an elevator because my father needs a wheelchair to move around. Yu-Kai/Angel's house was the perfect home for our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Master bedroom on the 2nd floor is huge and beautiful. Every bedroom (5 bedrooms available) has its own bathroom and A/C units so that comfort can be adjusted individually. A/C controls were a little confusing to figure out initially, but Angel responded immediately to help. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals (we used electric rice cooker to steam buns, fish, eggs, etc.) Lots of bottle water was provided. Would have been nice though to have more variety of pots and pans but cooking isn't an absolute necessity since take out food delivery is abundant (foodpanda and UberEats both deliver in the area). I also did some hiking in Dakeng Scenic Area (only 5 minutes away). Overall we had a wonderful stay.

I really love how responsive and carefree Z was. They respond so fast! When we reached and could not find the place, they immediately texted us back. Z was so communicative even though there was a room change. The rooms were also so clean and spacious, with in room toilets and bathrooms! Really loved the location and the whole experience with Z! Monica is a very kind person, we stayed in Taichung for 4 months, the location is pretty good. Not only near to MRT station but also has several convenience stores nearby, and local food stores, even a nice brunch place and a bakery. The location is quiet, and the kitchen area in the room also brought lots of convenience.

已經是第三次租住Kumao的房子了，這房子的設計還是一如既往的貼心又實用，各種細節都顧到，乾淨又舒服，而且景觀開揚，夜景好美，坐在沙發還能欣賞到日落～ 房子周邊什麼都有，公車站就在樓下，而且這裡的公車班次比較密，去哪裡都很方便～ Kumao真的很親切好客，回覆也很快，真的太感謝了～ 就是過年，價格有點小貴，但這很正常，而且住得舒服最重要，下次來台中玩還是會選擇Kumao的房子～ 溫馨提示一下，如果是在退房時間離開，要預留多點時間，或是錯開那段時間，因為電梯要等好幾趟才擠得進去哦～

Location is good, easily assessible from Tai Chung railway station, and to other popular attractions.Good location, very good communication with the host, and the house owner who had limited English but was very successful in telling us the house rules using gestures and sounds!! Lovely little place! Room is nice and pleasant, as advertised. Will definitely recommend.

A lovely and warm place for our trip, located in a quiet environment. The interior is well designed - new, spacious, cozy and comfortable. It is in a walking distance to the Shenji New Village 審計新村 and surrounded by great restuarants. Kuma is nice and responsive. He provided flexible arrange for our check-in as well as great ideas of nearby spots to visit. Highly recommended.

Great location. Lots of eating places nearby. Edward is a great host. He keeps the apartment nice and clean, and shows up in person when checking in. Definitely will recommend to anyone who is looking a place to stay at west district of Taichung.

Fantastic apartment and location. Modern design and comfy couch and beds. 7-11 just downstairs and many restaurants nearby. also very close to an amazing fresh fruit shop and park. We walked around lots of Taichung from here. Older building without great first impression, but once inside the apartment it's fabulous. A little noisy when people are in the stairwell and from the road, but only at peak times. Very helpful host and team, recommended. Would stay again for sure.
