Accommodation: Just like a city apartment. Kitchen/pantry was useable. Location: To far from city area. Always an min. An hr drive away for anything. Do note, it’s all new developments. There is a street full of eateries 10-15mins drive away.

公設很完善的房源，光是步行就有二間7-11和一間全家☺️，對面也汽機車停車場🅿️，如果社區管理室願意開放外車進入那就更不用擔心下雨的問題了😌，處理生活廢棄物也很方便，直接帶去地下一樓的環保室分類就好。到了夜晚也能去頂樓看見一部分的市區夜景🌃，開放式的廚房及完善的廚具設備也能隨手做羹湯。16升的熱水器不用擔心廚房用水、洗浴的同時還會忽冷忽熱。非常感謝房東願意提供如此優良的房源，往後也將會是遊玩台中入住時第一選擇😊

It’s a truly beautiful place that felt just like home. The entire space was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was pristine, making our experience even more enjoyable. This accommodation is perfect for both long and short stays, catering to all types of travelers. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, demonstrating remarkable thoughtfulness throughout our visit. Their communication skills were top-notch, making it easy to reach out whenever we had questions. During our stay, my husband unfortunately felt unwell, and we didn't have any medicine on hand. The host went above and beyond, offering us not only medicine and tea but also researching clinics and hospitals that were open on Sunday. Their genuine care truly made a difference during a challenging moment. Overall, both the place and the host were fantastic!

在sung家住宿两天非常开心，像去朋友家玩。入住前sung介绍了房子的情况，入住后sung还骑机车载我去吃饭，去逢甲夜市，去赶开往日月潭的大巴。还给了我一些行程的建议，帮我预订接下来的住宿……非常热心真诚。下次有机会来台中还住这里

Excellent location adjacent to a nice night market and short walk to MRT. Building is very modern and secure. Host is very kind and communicates proactively to ensure a smooth stay. Beds are on the floor - just as a heads up to future guests with mobility issues. The beds on the floor were not a problem for us, and everything was very clean. We hope to return next year…Lord willing.

Although the concrete floor downstairs didn’t seem very homely, the place is actually very functional and adequately equipped with a good shower. Well situated for exploring the nearby national park. Very helpful and friendly hostess but be aware that towels are not routinely supplied. We would stay there again

Staying here made it possible to have a 5 star stay while visiting the area. A wonderful home! Andy is the most amazing host. He was always available to help with anything we needed. As first time visitors to Taiwan, we had endless questions - he was always kind and patient with our big and small questions. A huge plus - the parking. For anyone coming with a car, being able to park in the "garage" and not hunt for a space is more than a winning offering. And for anyone concerned about having air conditioning - the home has mini splits so each room has its own unit - all super quiet and efficient. Grocery store and other stores are all near by. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for walking. location - super quick to get into the highway to drive north or south. we commuted to Taichung daily - quick and easy! Great WiFi and secure. My microsoft liked it as opposed to a hotel we stayed at. Bottom line- more than a winner! We hope to be able to visit again. thanks for a great stay!

I visited Taiwan with my elderly parents and my brother and needed a place with an elevator because my father needs a wheelchair to move around. Yu-Kai/Angel's house was the perfect home for our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Master bedroom on the 2nd floor is huge and beautiful. Every bedroom (5 bedrooms available) has its own bathroom and A/C units so that comfort can be adjusted individually. A/C controls were a little confusing to figure out initially, but Angel responded immediately to help. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals (we used electric rice cooker to steam buns, fish, eggs, etc.) Lots of bottle water was provided. Would have been nice though to have more variety of pots and pans but cooking isn't an absolute necessity since take out food delivery is abundant (foodpanda and UberEats both deliver in the area). I also did some hiking in Dakeng Scenic Area (only 5 minutes away). Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Lynn's home was a wonderful place to stay during my 2 month trip in Taiwan. The decor and ambiance of the place was very artsy and inviting which was a nice change from the usual hotels I stayed at. The location is pretty convenient, within a 10minute drive to most large department stores and shopping centers. Restaurants are abundant all throughout the neighborhood so you'll never go hungry and the area is quite safe so stroll around in the evening. I'd definitely recommend Lin's place to anyone looking to spend some time in Taichung.
