房東人不錯，房間乾淨整潔，唯一缺點是空間有點小，其餘都很不錯！

Cozy units for 12 people, each room has 1 toilet. Great location, easy to find good foods nearby. Especially love the morning stalls selling tasty sandwiches, egg rolls, rice balls. Night time, food stalls and shops are at the doorstep. Very convenient, easy access. Andy is a super nice host and very helpful+fast responding to our calls. 谢谢你Andy😄

Host very friendly and gave clear instructions. He came out to fetch us because of an event, our driver cannot drive in to the small road. However, the place is really small and have to climb a flight of stairs to Level 2. Not suitable if you have tons of luggage or old people who cannot climb stairs. No bath towel provided, only face towels. Location is right in Fengjia night market. Suitable if u wanna stay a night at Taichung.

would recommend! the location is amazing - right in the middle of feng chia night market as described, but the windows are soundproofed so really cannot hear the crowd and vehicles outside. just note that the living area is not airconditioned so we left both room doors open most of the time to get aircon. Andy and his wife are very friendly and responsive - came down immediately when we faced a problem 👍 also gave us a detailed guide on how to explore the night market and reminders to hydrate in this weather

環境服務整體好，交通方便，值得推介

旁邊就有五金百貨，也有生鮮部門 漏帶東西 也可以快速補上 距離精誠夜市很近，轉個彎就到了！ 地方雖然小，但是很乾淨，房東很會收👍👍 最感到喜歡的地方是 這次有帶寵物出門 剛好房東家也有小型犬，玩在一起可愛極了❤️❤️

臺中站D月台から宿に向かうこと、この宿を求める方に私は書き残しておく。 人が旅に求めるものは何か？ 私はそれを理解しないまま旅をしているかもしれない。 私は臺中に行くと決めたとき、少し不安があった。不慣れな街、交通網の不便さ等だ。 Nigelさん、Josieさんはとても信頼できた。 私が彼らの宿を決めてから、丁寧で細やかな連絡をくださった。それらは私が想定していた臺中の不便さや不安、ネガティブな要因を払拭してくれた。 世界を旅しているが、私には好きな風景がある。 Nigelさん、Josieさんのマンションのゲートをくぐると、その風景のひとつがあった。 patioは慎ましやかで臺中の愛おしい彩り、緑で輝いていた。 （私は駅前で路に80分迷っていた、私はバス停を探すのがとても苦手だ） そのpatioでJosieさんは笑顔で私を迎え、部屋へ速やかに案内してくれた。私はとても安心した。 部屋はとても清潔で、ベッドも快適だった。テーブルも椅子もすてきだった。私は仕事に問題なく取り掛かることができた。 そこから私の幸せな臺中での滞在は始まった。彼女の多くの親切に感謝してて、全ては書ききれない。 実は自分に困難な出来事が幾つか起きた、それらはJosieさんや臺中の人々が助けてくれた。素晴らしい出会いと絆を得た。 御蔭で私は無事に日本に戻ることができた。 私は感謝の言葉しかない。 臺中に来るとき、それはNigelさん、Josieさんの家に戻る時だ。

老屋重新裝潢，整體乾淨明亮，房間與客廳空間十分足夠！很適合朋友家庭小聚會～床很好睡，附近步行早上就有市場、許多在地小吃、晚上也有超多美食選擇，很方便！停車路邊也好找，很喜歡～～推薦給大家( ´▽｀)

乾淨舒服，提供很多貼心物品

Nous etions en sejour pour trois semaines et avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de cuisiner avec vue sur le NTT, l'aménagement des espaces intérieurs et aussi de la cour intérieur. Le logement est situé dans un beau quartier avec toutes les commodités alentours. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs.

The guests were super kind, they asked where were we going and helped us to find a bus to get there. We also happen to be there during dragon boat festival so they gave us some traditional food. There are 6 cats, all of them very lovely. The view from the room was amazing, you can see all the beautiful buildings of the Xitun District, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Love this place, would definitely come back.

位子很方便抵達，旁邊就是第六市場，走路到勤美綠園道也很近很方便，房間的夜景還不錯，我跟朋友們在這邊度過了愉快的一晚😊

Very hood location in town , convenient to walk sogo is just opposite the street, and the host is very good as my flight is delayed able to help me arrange transport to airport in mid night time , thank you so much to the host .

The rooms were perfect for a couple of days in Taichung, walkable distance from feng chia market. Andy was very helpful in checking in and very responsive

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und es gibt einen Wasserspender auf dem Flur, der Hausmeister ist auch nett. Der Central Park ist wirklich schön und füßläufig schnell zu erreichen, sowie diverse Restaurants. Mir hat es gut gefallen und ich kann es nur empfehlen👍.

房源地點很好，室內很整潔，物品供應齊全，房東也很親切，整體而言是很好的體驗

這地點距離要去西屯南屯等景點都非常方便，房子內的設備也很齊全，傢俱感覺也是房東精心為這房子客製的，整體住起來非常舒服，值得推薦。

Andy is a great host, super responsive & friendly. He met us in the evening & helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The apartment is at around 2.5 storeys - manageable if your group is generally mobile & ok to climb stairs (we had 3 adults & 2 children below 8). Kudos to Andy for the clean space with the necessities provided (great working aircons in both good sized bedrooms, slippers, single use toiletries, disposable cups, ample hot water), clean kettle (looked like it was totally new!), comfy beds. It was super comfortable for our party. We were literally a few steps to Fengjia night market, great location and we were totally not disturbed by any sounds/ noise. Suggestion that the living area could do with a fan or mini aircon - we had to leave the bedroom doors open for ventilation in the super cosy space. Also for guests, do bring your own full sized towel if preferred. Will recommend max 5 adults for this space. Wont hesitate to book again :)

위치 경치 가격 등 다 좋았습니다! 다만 중앙제어식 에어컨이다 보니 낮에는 조금 더웠습니다.
