Casa Beata is a rustic house more than 100 years old that shows in essence how our great-grandparents lived. Use it to be able to say: "I'm going to the village" and feel and live it. Jérica is the village we love because it has everything. If you want to party, you only have to go down to the avenue of bars. The Stone House is built sustainably with stone and wood over an ancient "era". It has three rooms, two of them connected by a small staircase. Enjoy wonderful views of the mountains under the freshness of a lush vine and a small pool of fresh water (not available in winter). The house is decorated with paintings, antique furniture and special objects. And all this in Matet, a small village within the Natural Park of the Serra d'Espadà in Castellón.

This unique home was a renovated former playground. With high ceilings and wooden beams make the place cool. The house has plenty of space to enjoy yours. The stone house has three rooms . One inside the house and two in the inner garden. A bathroom and kitchen next to the large living room. A porch for dinner, barbecue, and an indoor garden where the pool is located, which for cooling off or for children is fine as it is not deep (1.40)
