This apartment for 4 people is located near the village of Xeresa, 40 minutes away from Valencia. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and another sofa that can be used as a sofa bed. The balcony has a beautiful view where you can enjoy the Spanish sun to the fullest. It has an elevator to the 3rd floor, but there are still stairs after that. Please note that there is an elevator to the apartment up to the 3rd floor, but there are about 30 steps to enter the apartment after that. From the 3rd floor, there are then another 15 steps or so that you have to take without an elevator. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds. It is possible to accommodate 6 people, but then the sofa bed must be used. It features a dishwasher, coffee maker (L'Or capsules), sandwich maker, toaster, microwave, oven and kettle. Included in the price per person: - 1x bed linen - 1x large towel 70x135cm - 1x small towel 50x85cm and - 1x guest towel 30x30cm For the kitchen: - 1 x tea towel - 1x dish towel - 1x sponge and - 2 dishwasher tablets The toilets have 1 roll of toilet paper.

Casa Montgó is in a prime location, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. It is located in a quiet residential area, ideal for those seeking peace, privacy and relaxation. Being away from the urban center guarantees tranquility and privacy. We recommend having a vehicle for getting around, including accessing the garbage collection point.

Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
