Vacation rentals in Xàtiva

The house is beautiful with a nice swimming pool set in wonderful well maintained gardens. It is a joy to have food at a table and have these wonderful views and colours. Everything in the house is in an excellent condition. The place is quiet and well located for sightseeing and walking the area. We had some issues with wifi due to a wasp nest on a receiver, which were promptly resolved. There is an air conditioning unit in the big bedroom, kitchen and only a fan in a small bedroom, which maybe too little for some when it is hotter. The air temperatures there are a few degrees higher than on the coast. There are many midges and mosquitoes, especially in the evening, so it is helpful to use an insect repellant. I missed having a washing machine (I knew it was not available at the time of the booking) , which would have been perfect to use in the hot weather. The owners are very nice and helpful, providing total privacy to their guests.

The house far exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the house is, and they're good photos. Nuria's house is beautifully decorated and when we entered we felt like we were the first guests in the house, it was so clean, well organized and everything was well cared for. In addition, the kitchen was fully equipped and there were basic ingredients such as oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc., which we appreciated since we arrived on a holiday and almost everything was closed Nuria as a host, a 10. Always attentive to the questions we asked her before our stay and once there, also attentive to any questions or issues that arose. Check-in and check-out were very easy and rounded out a wonderful experience. All in all, a totally recommended place to stay.

Fantastic weekend stay at Elias' property. We had a fantastic time, comfortable villa, secluded and with a lot of privacy. Elias was super friendly and always attentive to us, with recommendations for the area to walk and buy good sausages. We'll be back, thanks Elias!!!!!

The communication with the host has been extraordinary, and the surroundings of the apartment, which is tastefully renovated, is beautiful. Xàtiva has been quite a discovery for us.

Míriam was very friendly and helpful with us. It's very easy to talk to her. Being on the same land, we had intimacy (which pleasantly surprised me) since both she and her husband are very respectful. 10/10

We had a great weekend. The house is as shown in the photos. It's clean and we've been 10 from minute 1. Despite having an unforeseen event, it was resolved quickly and efficiently, so it hardly affected us. Communication with Desiré was smooth, respond quickly. Thank you for allowing us to extend the check-in and check-out time and thus enjoy the stay even more. We were 3 families with children, we really enjoyed the pool area that had umbrellas, sun loungers, low tables... The barbecue area was well equipped too. In general, the entire outdoor area is very well maintained. Inside, all rooms have a ceiling fan. Living room and hallway with air conditioning. Mosquito screens on all windows... In short, cozy and 100% recommended. We'll be back for sure.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Easy to walk evrywhere. We loved the wood burner which made it very cosy during our stay in February.

The days we spent at Elizabeth's House in Aielo de Malferit were spectacular! Being able to enjoy the mountain views from the terrace, the song of the swallows and the tranquility of this village is really worth it. Not to mention the countless roads and routes around, a whole world to discover! Totally recommendable. Both we and our dog had a great time during the stay. And Elizabeth's treatment and kindness are very noteworthy.
