Mariela's house is amazing. We spent an amazing weekend hanging out at their swimming pool, having nice outdoor meals, etc. I highly recommend it to spend time with friends or family, and we'll definitely consider it again if we come back to the area. They even allowed us to have a late checkout, which allowed us to maximize the weekend.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie einen traumhaften Aufenthalt gehabt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, umfangreich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der absolute Wahnsinn ist die traumhafte Aussicht!!! Wir liebten es jeden morgen beim frühstücken den Sonnenaufgang über den Meer zu bestaunen. Roland ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten ihn jederzeit kontaktieren und er unterstützte uns sogar bei Buchungen für Aktivitäten! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und wir freuen uns im kommenden Jahr wieder zu kommen ☺️

Estuvimos un fin de semana en el alojamiento de Pilar. Simplemente espectacular... La casa es una autentica maravilla y te hace sentir como en casa. Está muy bien equipada, aunque si que es cierto que no dispone de lavavajillas. Pero como realmente comiamos y cenabamos fuera de casa, no lo echamos en falta. La casa está decorada con un gusto excelente... Sin ningun tipo de duda, la recomiendo para ir con amigos o en familia. Ademas, un gran detalle dejar jabon de ducha y champú ennlos dos baños. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y de la terraza, con sus grandes vistas al mar. La comunicación con Pilar, excelente y rápida.

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Nos hemos sentido como en casa. La casa es preciosa, tiene todo tipo de comodidades tanto en la cocina como en las habitaciones, muy completa. Esta centrica y bien comunicada. La anfitriona fue muy agradable y nos resolvio todas las dudas al instante.

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

Nos hemos alojado tres matrimonios, con niños pequeños y todo genial. Los espacios comunes e individuales perfectos, así como la amplitud del jardín, la piscina climatizada da mucho juego, aunque en Semana Santa, los 26 grados se quedan cortos, habría que subirla un poquito. La limpieza ideal y la Villa dispone dispone de todo lo necesario en cuanto a enseres de hogar y electrodomésticos. Lo único que mejoraria es el mobiliario, ya que tanto los sofás como los colchones de matrimonio están bastante desgastados y se hunden y para nosotros el descanso es muy importante. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Gonzalo nous attendait pour nous montrer le fonctionnement du parking et de la maison. Cela est appréciable. L’appartement était très propre et sentait bon. Tout est absolument conforme aux photos. Les literies sont parfaites. La vue est réellement superbe. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, rien ne manquait. Et Gonzalo, aussi bien que Vicente, nous ont dit de ne pas hésiter à les contacter si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Les chiens ont apprécié de pouvoir jouer à la balle depuis la terrasse jusqu’au portillon donnant accès à la rue. Il y a comme un petit parc herbu devant l’appartement, les voitures sont donc éloignées, pas de bruit. L’appartement est remarquablement placé, proche de la mer et des promenades, commerces, bars et restaurants, du port. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le parking souterrain, car garer sa voiture dans la zone peut être difficile à certains moments. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement. Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

Hemos disfrutado mucho los días de estancia. La ubicación es muy buena. La casa es preciosa, cómoda y espaciosa. Desde luego la recomiendo al 100%. Hemos recibido de Inés una atención excelente. La casa y el lugar cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Si las circunstancias lo permiten repetiremos la experiencia.

The apartment is excellent—spacious, beautifully renovated, with all-new furniture and kitchen appliances. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the port and a 5-minute drive from the beach in Arenal. Maximo is a great host, accommodating and reliable with communications. Highly recommended!

Een super fijn verblijf, erg luxe en schoon. Heerlijk zwembad met fijne ligstoelen. Fijne zitplek buiten. Kruiden etc aanwezig in de keuken. Host reageerde erg snel op vragen. Wel slim om een auto te huren om de omgeving te verkennen.

This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.

Great place and great host. Hugo was very responsive and kind, explaining everything in great detail. What really stood out for me was how well furnished the place was, we had all the amenities we needed that are usually missing: sponges, towels, soap and shampoo, cleaning products, coffee machine with hot cocoa and even loads of books ! Everything was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The place is really cool and gives off a super chill vibe. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway near the beach with a group of friends.

I cannot fault Juan’s apartment. Location fabulous, walkable to port, l’Arenal and old town. Apartment, is spotless clean and has everything you could think of. Quiet neighbourhood, which was perfect for us as we have an 8 month old baby. Juan was great and responsive. Javea is a second home to us and when we come again we won’t hesitate to book the apartment if available. Thank you, Juan!

Very little passing traffic - walkers or cars despite being only 200m from everything The Arenal has to offer - which is considerable.
