Monthly Rentals in Xàbia

The apartment is close to both the old town and the harbour area of Javea. It’s spacious, clean and very comfortable. The area is very quiet (in november) and it’s a few minutes walk to the sea. L’Arenal is a 20 minute walk. Harbor 10min. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are all very nearby. Maria is a great host with whom communication is very easy. The only (little) thing less, is the that the balcony is situated on the east side of the building. So there is less sun in november. But this good very convenient in summer. We like to come back next year!

We were very happy with the place. It is very nicely located right in the center of Xabia and has two wonderful roof terraces. Of course, it's just a 1-room apartment and small kitchenette where you have to use the space cleverly, but absolutely sufficient for a few days! Nuria was also incredibly helpful. We forgot a handbag at check-out and she packed us another package and brought it to the post office the same day!

My brother and I had a fantastic stay here! Natalia was extremely friendly and welcoming to us. She understood that I was trying to learn Spanish so gave all instructions slowly and clearly which I really appreciated! The flat is super peaceful and in a great location!

Jávea is great and John’s appartment is a gem. A lovely terras right at the sea, above a nice and cosy boulevard with great restaurants. Spacious inside and two perfect working airco’s and a big rainshower. Loved it! I really hope that we can stay here again next year! Nicolas and Charlotte
