Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

Fabulous apartment so close to the beach yet lovely & quiet. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need on holidays. The grounds of the complex & the pool are so well maintained & so peaceful. We are a family of 4, with 2 young kids & this apartment was perfect for us! Greg was very responsive on any small issues we had & nothing was a problem! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that might be looking at it!

The apartment was spacious, very clean and had an amazing kitchen and utility room. The layout is great for two couples or adult families as the two bedrooms and bathrooms are on either side of the living area so there is plenty of privacy. Saying that, young families would also be ok here. The airconditioning worked well as did the ceiling fans and they were wonderful and very quiet during the night. The pool area is really quiet and it often felt like our own private area. Most people arrived at 5pm for a late afternoon swim. You do have to be quiet during siesta between 3pm - 5pm, so no playing in the pool then, but this wasn't a problem for us. The location is great for the port area and the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Pawel was extremely helpful - allowing us to check in early and also checking in with us during our stay. A thank you also to Jean who helped us with spare keys. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our few days here. Accommodation is exactly as described, simply furnished, very clean. Large kitchen/diner and balcony were a high spot for us and so close to the sea (literally 1min walk) we could easily swim everyday. Very quiet at night despite being close to local restaurants. We’ll be back!

If you are looking to stay in the old town this apartment is in an unbeatable location. Restaurants, grocery stores, cafes are all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself, although small, is well appointed with everything one might need and is clean, modern and nicely decorated. One thing to note is that the one and only window does not offer any kind of view, but in my opinion this is not a negative as it simply prompts one to get outside. While there, I had a small technical issue (due completely to my lack of tech savvy) and Victoria (the host) responded to my question promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Stunning apartment, great location, very responsive hosts. Amazing way to check in & a complimentary late check out as our flight was a late one home Only feedback would be to maybe have some chairs or beds for use by the pool as there were only two. On one day there was another couple so we had to sit on the floor so went to the beach which was no issue Other than that would definitely stay again ! Une semaine passée en famille (à trois) pour les vacances de la Toussaint. Excellente communication avec Ricardo. L'accueil par Estela très facilitant et sympathique. Appartement très bien situé. Accès à la plage en quelques minutes à pied. La vue est fantastique ! Je recommande.

Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

The apartment is excellent—spacious, beautifully renovated, with all-new furniture and kitchen appliances. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the port and a 5-minute drive from the beach in Arenal. Maximo is a great host, accommodating and reliable with communications. Highly recommended!

We had a delightful three-week stay. The location is perfect, in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and all amenities. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well equipped, in an attractive, well-maintained development. The wifi is fast and reliable. Communication with Agatha was easy, but we had little contact with her because everything went very smoothly at all stages. There were two us; the apartment would have been somewhat cramped for four. Google Maps will take you to the wrong location (about 200m away); that can be a complication when ordering a taxi.

Nuestra estancia en junio fue muy agradable. El apartamento está muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea muy agradable. La urbanización y la piscina están muy bien cuidadas y en el mes de junio se está muy tranquilo. La playa queda cerca, a unos 10 minutos andando y el paseo maritimo es genial para un paseo, con muchos restaurantes, heladerias y tiendas. Flor nos recibió muy bien y estuvo siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitaramos. Muchas gracias por recibirnos en Javea!

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described with Kelli being so helpful and welcoming in her messages ahead of our stay. Beautiful accommodation ever so tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants walking distance locally with a pebble beach on your doorstep and two beach bars. Pool area spotless and sunbeds readily available. If you want to explore lots of places easily accessible. All in all fantastic.

Correu tudo bem, a Lesya foi sempre bastante amigável e disponível e só por isso já vale o preço. Para os mais distraídos como nós, a piscina é partilhada. De resto tudo ótimo.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Estupendo alojamiento cerca de la playa, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días con amigos/familia. Muy fácil de localizar y con claras instrucciones de Belén e Inma. Sin duda un alojamiento muy recomendable.

La ubicación excelente y el ático maravilloso, tal cual como estaba en las fotos y las descripciones. Nos ha gustado mucho, seguro regresaremos si venimos a Denia nuevamente.

Un apartamento de lujo excelente súper cómodo, amplio una decoración muy hermosa y con una vista ejemplar, tiene de todo está muy bien equipado y es súper cómodo y tranquilo la verdad de las mejores experiencias este lugar..... las personas que nos recibieron a mi grupo y a mi, súper buenas personas amables y sobre todo muy atentos a siempre responder lo que necesitábamos total y finalmente una pasada está genial se merece un 1000 de 10

El apartamento es precioso no le hace falta ni un detalle , las zonas comunes como la piscina y jardines muy bien cuidados Lugar tranquilo para poder desconectar y pasar unas buenas vacaciones , de echo se nos ha echo hasta corta la semana que hemos estado Marina un encanto , super atenta en todo momento !! Si duda volveremos a repetir 😀😀 Muchas gracias Marina por todo !!!
