House vacation rentals in Wytheville

Decided to take a quick trip for our one year anniversary and this did not disappoint . This place is beautiful and private . Make sure to get food before you go . You will probably not leave after you sit on the porch and get away from everyday life here . The little house is perfect and has everything you need for a get away!

This place was a gem. The views were absolutely stunning—whether it was sunrise with coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery never got old. Inside, it felt like home from the moment I walked in. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together with everything I needed. You can tell the host really cares about creating a welcoming space. That’s why we’ve rented this place in the past as well.

The condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The decorations and overall feel of the place is great. The pool was nice to go down and enjoy as well. The view is incredible and we spent a good bit of time out on the balcony, just enjoying the beauty and serenity. We have zero complaints and nothing but praise for the condo and hosts. We definitely plan to return! Don't be deterred by the need to use the shuttle to travel back and forth to your car. The drivers were great and the wait for them was just a couple minutes. The entire complex seems laid back, friendly, and very well maintained. Food, groceries, or entertainment is all within a few minutes drive. While our friends were sweating in Bristol at 87 degrees, we were a cool 72 up on the mountain. It is a great place to cool off and recharge in the Summer.

Our family loved staying at Jared’s home. Lovely space, quiet but easy to get to Boone and Blowing Rock. Plenty of room for a family of five and we will certainly try to stay here again next time we are in the area.

My husband and I were able to bring our 2 dogs on a little honeymoon to Blue Spruce and it was so peaceful and relaxing! Since it is roughly 20 minutes to just get out of the community to any local stores it makes you feel okay to chill at the house and have some much needed lazy time! The community is great to walk the dogs around with winding roads and hills making for a good workout without even having to go somewhere to hike! Plus the hot tub was such a nice way to unwind each evening! That was our favorite part! If you’re taking your dogs check out the Boone humane society dog park-it was great! Connie was extremely responsive and friendly from the beginning! I loved the guide to answer any and all questions about our stay! Genius! The whole trip went so smoothly thanks to Connie 😊

Kelly and Caleb’s vacation home was an absolute dream for our family! We had the best time and were able to enjoy some peace and quiet and we also enjoyed exploring surrounding areas. The home was cozy, clean, and peaceful.. I loved that it was family friendly!! Thank you both for allowing us to stay!

This little cabin has become my home away from home when I’m having to get yucky medical stuff done in a close area. So clean, peaceful, easy is what I need; and that is this beautiful place! Haley is unbelievably wonderful! The home is amazing with fabulous wildlife to watch and tucked back away from the road. If you’re looking for peace, this it! Hands down amazing! Normally I’m critical of “away from home,” but not here! This home is everything and then some! You won’t be disappointed!

Only really need one word to describe this place - PERFECT. Everything about it was absolutely perfect. Everything was as describe, if not better. The communication was outstanding. The surroundings are amazing and breathtaking. My wife and I have done several trips into remote locations to get away and reset. Buffalo Bliss is hands down the best place we have been. Not only is the house and surroundings amazingly beautiful and exactly what we need, the town of Floyd is only about 15 minutes away and it is a super fun town. So much to do, place to eat, great local shops. It was just perfect. The entire property of Buffalo Bliss is well maintained. Even the gravel road to get to the house is exceptionally well maintained so no problem accessing the property at all. Once you are there, the deck, walking paths, pond, etc are magical and so peaceful. We can't wait to go back. The photos and reviews don't do it justice, you must experience it for yourself.

Beautiful place! The cabin was small but had everything you would need. Most spectacular was the view and the privacy. Theresa provided any kind of amenity we would think of. Loved staying here and will be back!

This is a quaint converted farm house; from early century I'm guessing. The decor is nostalgic and the building is authentic. If you're looking to get away to a quiet area with all the little necessities of travel, this is a great place. You're only a few miles off the highway and there are no commercial enterprises nearby. It's very quiet and peaceful. It is adjacent to an old run down school house so the back view is not great but the spaciousness and grounds are very accommodating. The rooms and kitchen were all very well equipped and they provided the biggest basket I've ever seen of "things you may have forgotten" for travelers to use as needed.

Perfect place to disconnect. The drive in can be a little rough with gravel roads, but it's fine with the right car. The views are stunning and it is so quiet with the occasional Moooooo from the pastures. The house is well stocked with old school toys and board games, my toddler loved the BoomBox and the walks through the hillside to find cows

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home in Marion, VA! From the moment we arrived—greeted by deer in the yard—we knew it was going to be a special place. The house was absolutely perfect: cozy, comfortable, and spotless. The home was thoughtfully stocked, and having familiar touches like Dawn dish soap, Bounty paper towels, and B&BW hand soaps made us feel right at home. One of the highlights for our kids was having their cousins over to enjoy s’mores by the firepit—such a great outdoor space for making memories. The location couldn’t have been better either—close to the lake and near the rest of our family who were staying in cabin rentals at the park. After seeing our place, they might just opt for this one next time! Let them try it! This is our place now! While this trip was bittersweet, as we were here for my father-in-law’s burial in Saltville, having this warm, welcoming home to gather with family made all the difference. Special VT graduation weekend made even more special with our stay at Walnut Hill Lodge. The house was immaculate and well equipped for a family retreat. The mountain views out the windows and from all the surrounding decks were spectacular. We watched the farm dogs herd sheep from one pasture to another, and appreciated the beauty of the surrounding working farm. Michelle was a great host with wonderful recommendations for the local market and waterfall hike. Thanks for a memorable stay at your property.

Picked this spot because it was the halfway point on our drive, and the house was perfect for us and our dog. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the fenced in backyard was an added bonus!

This is my second stay at Kelsey and Bethany’s house while in town to visit family, and I just love it - the simplicity of design and decor, the stories of the family in past years, the fully equipped kitchen, the front porch view, it’s all lovely. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back.

This is a beautiful, peaceful and quiet little place. I was coming for a funeral and have 4 dogs I had to bring with and Anthony approved my reservation within less than an hour. No exorbitant pet fee... very pet friendly. I sat on the back porch to eat breakfast and the only heard the wind in the trees and birds singing. The house is comfortable, the kitchen we'll stocked for any cooking needs. I can definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet country location this is the place.

The lodge and its hosts are amazing! Our only complaint is that our stay was too short to fully appreciate all that this lodge had to offer! My husband and I and our 8 children (ages 22, 20, 20, 18, 16, 15, 13, and 11) were visiting grandparents in the area. We had a fabulous time hiking the trails, playing poker, having a campfire, playing basketball, fishing in the creek, cooking in the kitchen, visiting with family, and taking in the amazing views. Several of the kids even said that it was good that the place didn't have great cellular service. The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for any kind of cooking. We would highly recommend this home and plan to stay again soon!

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful! It’s an easy drive to Sparta, NC or to Independence, VA. The views of the New River are amazing and there’s plenty of space to spread out on the property. We hosted a dinner with family that we have in the area; the deck/porch was a tranquil place to have dinner, view the river, and listen to the creek nearby. Our hosts communicated clearly, were exceptionally responsive, and are just very nice people. We hope to stay here the next time we visit the area. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

If you’re looking for a true escape from the city, Susan and Dave’s place is the perfect choice! The cabin is chic, spotless, and spacious , and the surroundings feel straight out of a fairytale. Susan and Dave are warm, welcoming, and excellent communicators. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this magical getaway!

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its whimsical charm — every detail feels thoughtfully curated, playful, and cozy, like a fairytale come to life. The atmosphere is tranquil, and as the sun sets, fireflies dance through the yard, adding to the dreamlike quality of this special place. The cabin is not just beautiful — it's incredibly comfortable, with high-end finishes that make the entire space feel luxurious, warm, and inviting. The main bedroom is what dreams are made of: plush bedding, gorgeous lighting, and views that make it hard to leave in the morning. Located just 30 minutes from Grayson Highlands State Park, it’s a perfect home base for hiking adventures. But truthfully, we found ourselves spending most of our time simply enjoying the cabin itself! We played cornhole in the yard, grilled delicious meals, and spent hours on the front porch soaking in the serenity.
