Vacation rentals with a patio in Wyszków County

super easy, great location and easy for people with car!

We were looking for an accessible and comfortable place. The apartment is lovely, the view is great. The location is convenient and downstairs there are a variety of shops and restaurants that would be really convenient (sushi, Italian restaurant, bakery). The apartment is a little far from the center, but it suited us very well and the taxi rides are very cheap and convenient.

The apartment is exactly as described, clear instructions and Martyna is responsive :) The location is bit too far from the city center, but you can easily reach everything with public transport or taxi.

A nice appartment in nice part of Praga. Cool views to the city and to the river from the near by pedestrian bridge. I travelled with two small kids and everythink went really well. Lidl and a nice playground close by. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Warsaw!

Great option to get away from the city. The studio was very clean and well arranged

Jacek was great. There was a brief issue where the water pipes on the street broke (totally random and not something in anyone’s control), and Jacek did everything he could to make sure I was good! He dropped off extra water in the meantime and was responsive/on top of it even before I was aware. He responded promptly every time I contacted him, he was flexible and helpful with the check in when I had to change my time, and the place itself was well worth the price. I’d stay again without question! Anyone would be happy with this location. 10/10.

The house is wonderful – cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The location is a big plus: peaceful, surrounded by forest, and with no neighbors nearby, which makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest advantages for us was that pets are allowed – it made our trip even more enjoyable. A couple of minor downsides: the terrace was dirty upon arrival, and unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn’t working during our stay. Hopefully, these things will be improved, because everything else was great. We’d definitely love to come back!

Everything is very nice, we would love to come back to rest. The only downside is that you have to smoke in the furnace to keep it warm. We left to get away from New Year's Eve and unfortunately they were very audible here, but without the dog he hid in the dressing room and it was ok

Very nice wooden house, full privacy, fence, beautiful conifers around, well equipped house, bikes for use on site, very close to the river and beautiful places to relax. Routes for walking and bike tours. Very kind host, open and smiling. Great contact, she told everything, explained, even indicated places where to have a great time - kayaking or a restaurant. I highly recommend.

Wonderful place! Beautiful, well-equipped cottage where you can take a break from the daily rush. The neighborhood is green, quiet, by car you can drive to the nearby beach. Mr. Łukasz recommended a great Host Pazibrod, where there was delicious food. Perfect communication with the host, no problem. Highly recommend!

A real gift for our dog, an adventure for our son and a date for our parents ;) Only wonderful people could create such a place ❤️ I highly recommend it with all my heart!

Jakub’s cottage is beautiful, perfectly located 40 min from Warsaw, and with shops nearby. The barbecue is very nice and ready to be used. We liked the fact that there were 2 fridges, so space was never an issue. The beds are comfortable and clean linings are provided. Overall a very nice place to stay for a few nights! The only minus I would say is the water that comes out yellowish, but clean enough to wash ourselves and the dirty dishes.

The location is very peaceful, making it a great weekend escape from the city.

An amazing location whether you’re coming to Warsaw to study, work or sightsee :) Apartment is beautiful, fresh and equipped with with all the amenities you may need. Sergii is a great host, extremely kind, responsive and helpful! I do recommend :) Just a small note – the apartment was really clean, including the bedding and the kitchen. The only thing I would improve is that the floor was a bit dirty and seemed like hadn’t been vacuumed.

I’m a Chinese student at Kozminski University, and this apartment has been incredibly convenient for me.. It takes only 20–25 minutes to get to campus by tram, and the location is excellent. We lived here for almost 5 months. There are several supermarkets nearby, four gyms within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very quiet and respectful. As an international student, I felt very welcome here — I never experienced any form of discrimination. If you’re a student or young people, I highly recommend staying here. The photos don’t fully capture the charm of the apartment — there’s a lovely little park just downstairs that’s perfect for walks, and right next to it is one of the best ice cream shops in Warsaw!

We absolutely loved the apartment! As frequent visitors to Warsaw, we're always drawn to the charm of Saska Kępa, and this apartment was a delightfully airy and pleasant retreat. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to stay there.

Everything was perfect. The house was spotless with excellent amenities. The location is perfect in the city center. Easy access and arrival. We would definitely come again.

The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city super convenient. We also loved how close it was to several parks, which was ideal for our little one to play and for relaxing strolls. Patryk was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially families. We’d definitely love to stay here again!
