Great location close to cafes and restaurants. Beautiful beach across the road, playground and access to warm pool and gym. Cutlery/plates weren’t particularly clean lacking everyday essentials such as salt. Kitchen appliances are so fancy that were hard to use

A great spot to stay if you want to be in the centre of things. Central to supermarkets and restaurants. We just wanted to stop and chill. It rained most of the time so stop we did. The most comfortable beds and pillows. Just the best. Sleep at the front if you want white noise or in the rear if you like more quiet. Really appreciated all the little things in the cupboards and cleaning items. Shower great. Fabulous fridge with never ending ice. Pool lovely on the one day we could visit it. Michelle’s communications were great and very responsive.

Beautiful apartment. Very spacious and well worth the price paid. One thing worth noting is that they do ask for a copy of your drivers licence, a selfie and permission for any visitors you may have. I did voice my concerns about these requirements and not having these things clearly explained in their listing to which they were understanding and kindly waived the requirements for us. Hopefully they remove those requirements for anyone staying as I usually find those kind of requirements a turn off and won’t book in places that request these things. Other than that everything at this apartment is amazing. Absolutely perfect location. Great view from the balcony up high on the 8th floor. Great having a secure carpark underneath the building and plenty of visitor car parking under the building also. The building has an intercom system with secure fob for entry into the building. This is an absolute cracker of a find, the unit is 5 star and host Christine has catered for everything with a lovely welcome basket of goodies and all the basics provided for your stay. The linens are beautiful quality. The view from the patio is picture perfect and we enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the lake and out to the ocean and evening drinks watching the ships sail past. The complex has a great outdoor pool and lounge area which we enjoyed each afternoon. Christine also provides heaps of recommendations on where to eat and we weren’t disappointed. Our stay coincided with the cyclone hitting SE Queensland so we had to leave a day early to head home and secure our house and Christine immediately offered to refund us that day, which is amazing and extremely kind. We will definitely be back for another stay.

We had a wonderful family holiday in this home. It was extremely close to everything we needed, with only a short walk or drive to activities that kept the kids busy. The host is very friendly and a great communicator. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room in both the front and back yard. Highly recommend this home!

Our stay at Karma Suits in Montville was pure romance from start to finish. Nestled in the lush hinterland, the suite felt like our own private sanctuary! Peaceful, intimate, and beautifully designed with comfort and connection in mind. The cozy fireplace added such a warm, romantic touch to our evenings. The suite itself was immaculate and thoughtfully styled, with soft lighting, a luxurious bed, and a beautiful bathroom that made it feel more like a boutique retreat than a typical Airbnb. The private balcony offered breathtaking views and was the perfect place to start the day with coffee. The location is idea and right in the heart of Montville village, where we explored charming cafes, artisan shops, and beautiful walking trails. Our hosts were lovely and available if needed. Every little detail felt intentional, making our stay feel truly special. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway that blends luxury with nature, Karma Suits is absolutely perfect!

I absolutely loved my stay. The unit was very clean and bright and had lovely modern furniture and decor. It was so close to the beach and shopping centre and was central on the Sunshine Coast. The hosts thought of everything, it was great to have condiments and food wrapping etc, all the little things.

Amazing place to stay! The apartment was super clean & tidy. Loved the furniture/decor 😍 Thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would recommend to everyone!! The only slight problem we had was when we were trying to access the letterbox/lock box. Instructions said pull but it’s more of a “flick out” but Rita was very responsive when we message for help! Overall loved this place & we will be back! ☺️

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The house was very clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back! Svitlana

This is the perfect location for a couple wanting a few days away. Right on the water looking over the Bribie Inlet, it's in the prefect location for the beach, shops and good restaurants. The unit had been refurbished and they have gone to a lot of trouble to make the place outstanding. There was a lovely bottle of wine, crackers and cheese waiting for us on arrival in the mini kitchen. Don't plan on cooking anything much, though there is a double air fryer, a toaster, kettle and a great pod coffee machine, with plenty of pods in different flavours. There's a waching machine dryer and all the things you need to wash, plus ample large fluffy towels for the bathroom, the spa and or the beach. All the linen and furnishings are new or next to new and they have gone the extra mile to make it look and feel luxurious. There's a nice balcony and a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the water and the passing fishing boats. Getting in and out was easy with the lock box keys.

The apartment is really clean, great appliances and in an amazing place. 10/10

LOVED Bree’s place! So quaint and unique. Photos don’t do the place justice! Bree has beautiful taste in all areas of her place and the welcome drink and chocolate is such a thoughtful welcome gesture. I loved sitting in the quiet and listening to the waves crashing yet far enough away from the town centre to miss all the road noise. My bestie and I loved the shower gel so much we brought some whilst holidaying. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I’ve spend 3 nights in this unit with 6 of my girlfriends, we do this annually for the past 25 years. This unit is one of the very best places we ever stayed in. This Unit felt very homely, it has only 4 floors and was very quiet. It has 3 bathrooms plus extra toilet. All the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The big balcony / rooftop had an eating area with bbq and wine fridge, whilst the other side of the Balcony had a lovely sitting area. Unfortunately the weather was not great for us to use the outside at all. The kings beach tavern, plus cafes are only 700 meters walk away, it had great meals and wonderful live music. We would love to stay in this unit again, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Fantastic place. Thank you

Spent two lovely nights in Noosa. Very comfortable accomodation with a perfect space for entertaining on the balcony. Spent a cosy night playing card games in the lounge room. Close to everything that we needed. Will definitely be back!

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️

Such an amazing find, best place we’ve stayed in the Sunshine Coast. We happened to book on a rainy weekend but that didn’t affect us at all as the apartment was perfect. Beautiful views, cosy interior and the spa on the roof make this place unique and in such a perfect location. Across the road from the beach for when the weather cooperated. Patisserie and fish shop nearby were excellent as well. Fantastic host, very organised and thorough with his check in and out, and gave us great recommendations. Definitely want to stay here again in future.
