地點很好，房間狀況很新又乾淨。下次來台中的首選。😇

Good experience

1.房源有電動麻將桌！！很特別的樓中樓臥室格局，同行如果有不同作息的人也可以完美應付，（例如打麻將不會吵到睡覺的人，是可以隔開的）很推薦4-8人來入 2.吹風機是Dyson的，很加分很夠力 3.冷氣夠冷 4.床跟枕頭都很好睡！一夜睡到天亮，對床跟枕頭很要求的人選這間不會有錯！ 唯一小缺點是沒有附停車位，但附近有很多停車場，晚上8點後路邊散步3分鐘以內可以找到車格。

Had about 5-week stay in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment, the host and hostess are both very responsive and accommodating. Interiors are clean, contemporary, and visually relaxing not overly decorated. It is a great place for a family to stay and feels like home. Most of all, the location is excellent where shops for everyday needs and public transportations are both within walking distance. Highly recommended and would definitely coming back.

The apartment is newly renovated and more modern compared to a lot of other properties in Taiwan. It’s very clean, organized and had everything that you need for a good stay. It is walkable distance to a full supermarket, a convenience store across it, at least 4 coffee shops within 3 minute walk (coffee is important to me) and less than 10 minutes to restaurants. If you stay here practically you do not need to go to other areas for your needs. Good place to stay on your trip

Lee’s apartment is situated in a great location of Taichung, plenty of eateries, shopping. Lee was super proactive in messaging and super responsive when we had questions. The room was clean and convenient and we loved our stay!

房間非常乾淨也很溫馨，廚具提供完善有需要下廚基本沒問題，一樓就有停車的空間對開車族來說很友善！房東熱情友善，有任何問題都很快回應，是一個很好的住宿體驗～

The apartment was perfect for our month long stay. The location is awesome! Near malls, cafes and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood too. Right next to a grocery store is a major plus for us. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It has everything you would need to live comfortably. Also, highly appreciate how responsive the host was to our needs. The apartment building is beautiful, as well. I would highly recommend this place! We felt right at home.

We, a family of four, stayed at Andrew's place for a few days. The pros: - The place is very conveniently located. The apartment is literally a minute away from the bus station. There are tons of local restaurants, shops, parks and other places to visit nearby. - It has ample space to fit four people. - The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. - Top value for the price we paid. - For people traveling with lots of luggage the building has a lift. - It is relatively quiet. Be mindful that: - The apartment is somewhat aged. Now, that is not to say that it is run down or anything but something just to be mindful of. - The apartment had mosquitos. All the windows have mosquito nets. Not sure how they get in (likely when we open the apartment door to enter or leave) and it is recommended to have mosquito/insect repellents. Overall, I would recommend Andrew's place if you're traveling with your family.

房東人非常親切，推薦很多台中的好吃餐廳 房源位置方便，地處市中心，走10分鐘左右即有捷運站可以直接轉高鐵 很喜歡房源的大客廳及工作空間，讓朋友聚會非常愉快，大電視也讓我們共享了美好的Movie night 三間獨立房間讓我們聚會的同時也能保有隱私，兩間衛浴也提供了方便性 房東非常貼心，備有延長線及簡單的杯具供我們使用，由於女生多，吹風機一台稍嫌不足，但分散洗澡還不會太受影響 唯一美中不足就是因為地段關係，房間在晚上還是會聽到一些車聲 但整體是個美好的住宿體驗，下次台中遊也會想選擇這裡

非常舒適的房源，一進門就令人感到放鬆，有家的感覺。採光很好，衛浴空間很厲害，超大浴池媲美湯屋。附件週邊活動方便，覓食方便，是個很好的住宿體驗

方便入住，可惜附近停車位不好找。 客廳很漂亮😍只是需要帶筆電才能看電視有些可惜。 冰箱有準備沙士及啤酒供我們使用，原本入住想去逛一中街但實在太累沒有出門，浪費了這個好地點😂 整體來說很不錯～ 我們很臨時找住宿能夠找到這邊感到很開心！

Very comfortable space for 2 at the central of Taichung! Place came with galaxy lights which was v cool! nice touch. Place was well kept and clean. Easy access for guests with auto locks on all doors. Fuss free experience!

溝通非常良好，因活動關係能夠通融晚退房非常有彈性，推薦。

停車空間很大。有提供泡麵，很讚！浴缸蓮蓬頭損壞，房東有告知零件尚未來故未來得及修理。但因有乾濕分離淋浴空間 且浴缸有其他出水口 所以不影響盥洗。

陽光曬進來很美麗～很滿意喔！

The host is very hospitality and easy to talk to. Guest room is clean and cozy. Would love to go there again if I visit Dali district. Thanks a lot.

新成屋，還有油漆的氣味，冷氣涼，乾淨清潔，價格親民，設備蠻簡易的就是，適合簡單度過一個夜晚。附近2個夜市，但攤位重複性太高，選一個去即可，如果床鋪或氣墊床能再多一組就太好了，客廳椅子也要多幾個，或小板凳。
