The German Schmear Cottage

The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. Our space is charming and cozy and feels more like a home than a hotel. It has all of the necessities and is centrally located so you can enjoy everything Waco has to offer! You'll have the whole place to yourself. It's a great place to relax! It's just 7 minutes away from Magnolia and countless boutiques and restaurants. It suitable for children of all ages and has plenty of space for pets and a fenced yard. We look forward to your stay with us!

A-Frame cabin - Hot tub, Deck, View, Fire pit!

Welcome to the A-Frame, just 30 minutes from Waco. This charming cabin offers a serene escape surrounded by Hill Country views. The A-frame's architecture adds character and provides a cozy atmosphere with abundant natural light. Enjoy the outdoor area complete with a soaking tub, fire pit, and hot tub. Perched on a hill, it offers seclusion while still being close to town. *Other cabins are available for larger groups; message for more info*

Cozy duplex A

The house is right off I35 and in an older Neighborhood but a quiet one. This is a duplex so it shares the parking garage that fits 2 cars or trucks. Baylor and Magnolia are 5min from the house, 10min to the Extraco Event center. 17min to BSR. 5min or less to restaurants (including magnolia table) and grocery store. note- the house floor is uneven due to foundation problems, but otherwise in working condition.

Pecan Hill House

Cozy, comfortable historic home centrally located in Waco surrounded by mature shade trees. 12 minutes from downtown and all that Magnolia has to offer without all the hustle and bustle. Built in 1947 and fully renovated to provide all the amenities and conveniences you have come to expect from Waco's historic homes. The neighborhood setting is an up and coming working class area with busy families.

Magnolia's Hillcrest Cottage

Enjoy a quiet getaway in this charming cottage renovated, designed, and owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines. Originally the carriage house for Hillcrest Estate, this home includes one bedroom, one bath, an office nook and a private back patio. This makes it the perfect getaway for a party of two, or if you’re stopping through town and need a restful place to retreat.
