The views at Wolf Moon Chalet are even more impressive in person than you can imagine from the photos. This 3-bedroom chalet style home is perched atop the hill overlooking Lake Christopher towards the White Mountains. Panoramic views of Jefferson, Madison, and Washington can be appreciated from almost every room of the house. This rental is sparkling clean and upgraded amenities like granite and stainless steel appliances add to the home’s overall quality. Wolf Moon is not arranged as a party house- it is intended to be used as a safe place for your family to unwind and reconnect. The quiet setting promotes intimate gatherings and small reunions. The location of Yawkey Way is just south of the town of Bethel in the village of Bryant Pond. Hiking and snowmobile trails surround the property and public water access on Lake Christopher is a mile away. Two ski resorts, Mt Abram and Sunday River, are within 15 and 25 minutes respectively. No matter the recreational pull that you feel to the area, Wolf Moon has a desirable location which allows you to easily access a variety of area attractions. Wolf Moon has a floorplan that encourages everyone to migrate to the main level. A spacious living room with an entire wall of windows pulls the landscape indoors while you go about your daily routine. Enjoy a cup of coffee at the kitchen island while watching the White Mountains come alive under the sunrise. In addition to the kitchen and living room, the main level has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and one full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms. One is a master suite with a private bathroom and the second is a large bedroom with two twin beds, A huge bonus that not all rental homes offer is the finished basement which allows for a second living room or additional sleeping capacity with a full size bed, Large T.V and a foosball table. There is walk-out access beneath the main level deck. This quality rental house that will offer you peace and comfort at a competitive rate. Important Notes: Security Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for protection and to monitor snow removal. The cameras are located at the following locations: 1. Front door facing driveway 2. Out back facing firepit Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas. Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.

One of a kind Lakefront home near Sunday river
Amazing large lakefront home right on the water near Sunday river ski resort. Sleeps upwards of 25 people. There is a small surcharge per person for groups larger than 20. At certain times of year we rent to smaller than average groups at an other than listed price. Great for family reunions, weddings etc. Largest yard on the lake! And our hot tub is very invigorating after a day of skiing or hiking! Hot tub is charged separately. NOTE: From late June to late August we only rent by the week.
