The front yard has a trampoline, swing set, and indoor playhouse. The upstairs patio picnic table & luxury chairs. The downstairs has a foosball table, bean bag, huge 60 inch big screen TV, 2 pull out couches , 2 side chairs, and a lazy boy recliner. Full Washer and dryer. 2 Huge jack and Jill bathrooms.

Please Note: No children. This is not kid friendly rental due to staircase and railing. Pet dogs are allowed with paid pet deposit and prior approval. NO cats or other animals. There is no oven. Located just under the Mogollon Rim lookout and near Woods Canyon Lake, the area offers lots of trails for hiking, biking or horseback riding! Horse stalls are $25 each. We have a round pen nearby. No dogs unless we have talked about it.
