House was really clean, feet feels great on the floor. Different facilities to engage both young and old in the house. A lot of space to hang out and chill. Comfortable sleep. Has everything needed, including slippers to hangout at the outdoor area. Host was warm and welcoming, sending clear instructions for check in and recommendations of places to go. The host is extremely nice and pro-active, even messaging me on the day itself that the house is ready early and I can check in early if I wish, though I didn't request for it. On my last day, as it takes time to call grab for the large group, host was kind and understanding when I asked for 15mins extra time during check out. House is big enough to house a big group and has sufficient toilets. Still feels spacious even with 14 of us.

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

A nice place to stay and got a lot of things can play inside. The pool table and mahjong table etc. Recommended and will go again next time for party!

Suitable for my family. came here to visit my SIL. with 7 people with 2 kid. even though there are 3 rooms without air conditioning, but its okay. the house is still comfortable. close to the mosque. the living room is big yes. thanks to the host. at that price I think the house is worth it big like that. and beautiful as the design of the house. feel like a home. will come back again if we go to Johor .

Public parking freely available. house is on third floor, no lift, stairs only. huge house with pool table, karaoke, mahjong. good affordable local food just downstairs or across the road. conveniently located directly opposite the Tasik Central Mall with Burger King and supermarket. rooms are big, comfortable beds and easily sleeps ten to 14 pax in its two bedrooms. no ensuite toilets in the rooms. two bathrooms are next to the kitchen behind a door with hot water heaters. don't think there was a washing machine but there is a self paying laundromat just a few steps away. overall a great stay. great fun for everyone.

The room was as described and definitely a good deal for a quiet night rest near our favourite malls :). loved that check-in was fuss-free.

Perfect stay, host responded within one hour for all my questions, and also provided me ant killers amost within 30 mins as there were some ants around. (very effective, alll ants gone in a few hours) Place is clean too, and very comfortable. The food around is also very nice, highly recommend the malay store, opposite an indian mamak. portion, taste, price is all very good. Will be back again soon for small weekend getaway. Thank you! enjoyed my stay

At first, there was confusion because the posted address was different, but the conclusion was a very good choice. The host's quick response was good, the residence itself was well-managed, and the security facilities were good. There were cleaning tools and cooking utensils in the house, and there was even a washer-dryer, so I was very satisfied!!

Nice place. Enjoyed the stay. comfortable room with weekly cleaning facility. There is no washing machine but there is a laundromat nearby. Internet went down for a short period but host was proactive and service was restored shortly after.

Easy and clear instructions to the place. Very neat and tidy. She was very helpful and assisted us in checking in. Easily contactable and good. 10/10 would go back to the location. Shampoo and body wash provided, towels and toilet paper were in abundance. Wonderful host.
