Superb! We loved this beautifully and thoughtfully renovated property! Fabulous location - easy walk to the best vantage spot for sunsets and immersed in true serenity. This is a property that is out of the ordinary and done with love!

Our stay was stress free, we were welcomed and shown around the premises when arrived. Lindy was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The Kichenette was all you can hope for, coffee, tea. milk and other condiments were supplied. Over all our stay was very good.

We stayed at this property for a special family event, and it was truly fantastic. It comfortably hosted our whole family and exceeded every expectation we had. The space was thoughtfully designed for all ages — from grandparents to kids — and everyone had a wonderful time. The facilities were exceptional, with everything we needed and more. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort, functionality, and beauty so well. We made treasured memories here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a stay that brings people together in the best possible way. Such a beautiful place for a holiday. Beachy, modern interior with very clean bathrooms. We appreciated the handwash, shampoo etc. that was provided. Deck was huge with a good view of surrounding hills, the perfect place to chiIl and view local wildlife. Bonus that this neighbourhood is fenced off from the dingoes. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, kitchenware, and a large fridge. Bedrooms are spacey, with plenty of wardrobe space, and the beds are very comfortable. The pool table was a hit with the whole family. Self Checkin/checkout process was easy, and Jan was very responsive to any enquiries during our stay. Thank-you to Jan for such a comfortable stay. We will definately book again!

We chose Joanne's property specifically for the location as it was close to family and we enjoyed our stay alot. The property is quirky, the views spectacular and the location peaceful. Unfortunately the weather gods were not on our side the weekend we stayed which did prove challenging, given some of the properties features. Those who stayed in the granny flat had an experience which was more like glamping. There is no way to enter the separate container, and the bathroom which is in a shed close by, without being fully exposed to the weather. Which meant dark, wet walks, across sodden grass. Whilst we were fulky aware of this setup when we booked it did impact our stay and is mentioning. The weather aside, we would definitely choose to stay again, in the hopes for finer weather. We would love to be able to fully enjoy the wonderful outdoor areas this property offers!

Beautiful spacious, clean home. Very friendly street of neighbours located in a spot where everything is within walking distance. With all the space in this home, it still felt super cosy at the same time to want to spend a good day indoors. Very happy with the stay of this place and the hosts are very communicative.

We had a great time at Sylwia's place. The beach was just 2 minutes away and easy to do Kayaking in the morning. A lot of items provided like bicycles, kayak, beach chairs etc. so you no need to carry anything. Great place to spend peaceful holidays.

Rebecca was more than helpful. The house showcased a classic queenslander style. The balcony provided uninterrupted views of the ocean and pier, great sunrises and sunsets. The home was clean and comfortable. All the amenities were good, 2 TV's, coffee machine, dishwasher etc. We enjoyed our stay very much taking in all the things Hervey Bay has to offer. Great location and close to the water. Great walking path to Elliott Heads. Lovely clean and recently renovated beach house with water view from outdoor dining area . Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you and would recommend!

Beautiful calm and relaxed location. Hosts and check-in was fabulous. So peaceful and clean and plenty of space for the kids to play and enjoy. We will be back!

Very relaxing weekend. Quiet neighbourhood and the beach wasn’t even a minutes walk. Bed very comfortable and plenty of kitchen utensils and very decent shower pressure. Loved the pizza oven and plenty of equipment to prep your pizzas. Convenience store was an easy walk or a short drive and restaurant 5 min drive. Would defiantly book again! My partner and some friends decided to choose Emily’s house for our stay for birthday celebration and was greeted with treats for our dogs and a lovely bottle of Chardonnay, place was a 10 out of 10

Perfect location for a family vacation with the beach less than 50metres away. House has a nice open plan. Babette was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We will be back.

Jan promptly responded to our last minute message for help when another booking fell through. Her cottage was beautifully presented with so many little touches that made it so inviting and comfortable. We highly recommend this little oasis conveniently located to main area of Bargara and the surrounds. Also highly recommend the Thai takeaway/restaurant 100m away.

A great little beach shack right across from the water, everything you need to enjoy the tranquillity of Woodgate. The deck is the perfect spot to relax with the sea breeze. Tammy is a good host, very friendly and down to earth. If you need to break the routines and relax I recommend this place.
