At the top under the roof you will find a living room-bedroom with a small desk, armchairs and a 140x200 bed, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen. Baker, supermarket and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity. The bedroom goes out to the garden and is so nice and quiet. The train station of Stadthagen is a 20-minute walk. A bicycle can be rented on request.

Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Daily necessities are easily reached on foot or by bike.

In 2020, the bathroom was refurbished, further renovations have been done over the last few years.
