What a treat to be able to stay at such a beautiful and relaxing location. A gorgeous little cabin with a wonderful vista looking out over a dam with horses and birds. Then there's Evie, the super friendly dog that loves a cuddle. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay, even an outdoor fire pit and lounge. And at the end of the day you can sink into the soft comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. The unit is beautifully decorated with horse bridles, saddles, cowboy hats and a plethora of awards it fits so well with the beautiful scenery.

Kelly & Shane’s welcome book for guests was very appreciated and included great local recommendations. We really enjoyed exploring the Gara Gorge trails, a nearby drive to the lookouts from the cabin. Also, situated perfectly for a scenic and quick drive into town and surrounds. The check-in process was smooth and well-explained, the cottage itself was beautifully styled and instantly inviting and the bed was an absolute dream. One of the highlights was a soak in the secluded hot tub on our private deck with a beautiful view of the Kalang River. Special mention to our wonderful companion Olaf the gorgeous pup. Adrienne was very responsive with any questions and is an exceptional host.

Weerona Cottage - the most interesting place we have stayed in. So much space, all tastefully decorated to fit the country feel. A lovely property showing views to the dam and a beautiful view of the sunrise across the water. From the minute you drive onto the property and head into the main room, to the moment you leave there is a feeling of peace and serenity. It has been created to be a home away from home. It had everything we needed... and more. It was amazing. Loved especially setting up the fire, and snuggling in the warm, cosey lounge on the cold evenings, looking out across the property in the mornings and hearing everything wake up and ready for the day. Ann was a lovely host. Helping out when asked. Not imposing at all. Thank you for making your space available to us. We really enjoyed our stay.
