Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Our stylish and modern apartment is located near Bad Kreuznach, Bingen and Mainz, in the Sprendlingen wine region. Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :)

The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Our lovingly furnished bright apartment, is about 40 square meters in size, has its own entrance and is located in the heart of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Alzey (each 15 min). Equipped with a new kitchen a bedroom with cozy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.
