The apartments is beautiful and super clean , feels like youre in 5 stars hotel. The interior , the kitchen and the bed rooms are awesome. The location is prime and super convenience access to airport and toll . This apartment located on top of the biggest mall in South East Asia. Superb lobby with front desk that can assist you 24 hours. Great amenities , pool and fitness also jogging track. I definitely will stay here for next visit to Surabaya.

a very nice place to go to Pakuwon Mall, easy access. Close range to west surabaya area (within ±15mins drive). you also get free parking

The owner gave us a warm welcome with treats and water. The apartment is very fully equipped and has lovely beds. From the apartment you can immediately exit the mall. There you can shop, eat and do groceries. You are at 20 high so there is no option for outdoor seating. Just a lovely stay.

Peggy is super-nice host. her place feels like home and worth every penny. she put attention to detail, when she knew that im going with a baby, she gave me some pampers to use. for sure i will go back to this place.

- my kid loved the bunk bed - main room has a small WIC to put my lugage. - its important : the aircond is cold. Perfect for stay at the hot weather. Thank you - sofa is big and soft. - have a wifi but very slow conncetion. - direct to shopping center. - the kitchen is clean. - the refrigeratior quite cold. Since it's a new place, everything's in awesome shape. The hosts are super friendly and really helpful, and we've got everything we need. Plus, the location is great, just 15 minutes from Pakuwon Mall. I'd totally recommend staying here ❤️

Nice place to stay! Overall, I had a very pleasant experience during my time in Surabaya. The staff was alright, though there was a bit of a delay when I checked in—I had to wait around 30 minutes. Other than that, the house was clean, and everything listed in the information section matched what I found. I’d definitely consider coming back if I visit Surabaya again.

Tenants contact H-1. Don't be surprised if the hub is slow resp far away. After that it's communicative. The place is comfortable, just 3-4people. Very efficient the room. Love it. I'll be subscribed if you visit sby lg

Vicky responded super quickly and went to great lengths to provide us with the place to stay quite spontaneously. Arrived in Surabaya at midnight and yet check-in was super easy. In addition, we were offered a late check-out until 1 PM. Would stay again. Good price-performance ratio.

Popy was very friendly and responsive. She replaced the thinner white curtains with darker and thicker fabric ones for the windows as suggested. The issue others mentioned in previous reviews regarding noise did not bother us as the traffic was not that heavy on the road outside except during a short window during rush hours - most vehicles passed by without my notice. When we had music on, that was a non-issue. Thank you popy.
