Enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful place. The half-timbered house from 1799 was newly renovated in 2022. On the first floor, a small, fine apartment was created. It has a large entrance area, a combined kitchen/living room with sofa bed (1.40 m), a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. A cozy spot in the garden invites you to linger. In the village, there is a bakery, butcher, grocery store and a restaurant within walking distance. There are also numerous bike and walking trails.

If you are looking to switch off from a busy life but like the idea of popping out for a coffee, this makes an ideal retreat.

The house is located in Rott, a charming little wine-producing village at the foot of the Vosges du Nord mountains. The interior has been refurbished while retaining the original layout with its low ceilings in certain areas and its alcove. With a lot of love for detail, we have created an oasis of tranquility, nature and coziness. From here you start a visit to the French neighbors, the famous Dahner Felsenland and its almost endless hiking trails, the numerous castles and many other activities that our beautiful Rhineland-Palatinate has to offer.

In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Our largely redesigned apartment overlooking the garden, the village and the edge of the forest is perfect for a break and is ideally located for exploring the Southern Palatinate and Northern Alsace. Vineyards, forest, cycling and hiking trails as well as mountain bike trails are nearby. We live in the same house and are happy to pass on tips.

This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.

The Alsatian barn "Grandfather the Cherry Tree"

Lovers of Northern Alsace, you will be seduced by this unique and romantic getaway. Close to Germany and tourist sites (Fort de Schoenenbourg, Maginot line, hiking trails in the Northern Vosges, ...), the house is located in an old renovated barn and has 3 bedrooms. You will love lounging in our heated indoor pool while listening to the birds sing under the magnificent cherry trees that overlook the garden.
