Our cottage was built in 1976 mainly from wood as a holiday home and has been family-owned ever since. Since August 2022, we have opened our doors to guests who want to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of this unique setting.

Cute, quiet Apartment in the Center

The apartment is located in the heart of Bad Ischl in a beautiful old building. It’s quite small (29m2), but still has two floors. So there is space for up to 4 people. But it’s best for one or two. It’s equipped with a kitchen with cooking utensils, storage room, WiFi, washing machine, smart-TV, elevator right in front of the entrance door. :) It has recently (March 2022) been refurbished. The train-/ bus-station: 7 min walk supermarket: 30 seconds walk.

This host was very nice and helpful, everything according to our expectations. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, nothing was missing that we could remember. Even in the morning it was flooded, which was very pleasant. And in the surrounding area there are endless possibilities for cycling tours or visits to beautiful places. Very cozy apartment with a gorgeous mountain view from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped, located in a quiet neighborhood. It was a very pleasant stay.

The apartment was fantastic! Tastefully done, everything we needed was available. Very comfortable stay - felt like a home. The window with the view of the lake and the sunsets - beautiful. We loved sitting there at the end of the day.

The great place is inside a Hotel so it can be a bit confusing. The owner often explains that it is something separate. The room is as described, but in summer it is terribly hot and we spent the whole night sweating. For me, it was too hot due to the type of construction. Everything else is fine . There is no kitchen or water in the kitchen, but that is also highlighted before booking. The parking was not good, we couldn't find anything and we had to park far away

Lena is a super host for a reason. She is kind and helpful and very proactive in her response The appartment is walkable from the HBF and has all amenities. The location is very central and walking from the river and close to great restaurants. Higly recommend it to all travelers visiting upper Austrian region. Hallstat, Wolfgang and are close by bus.
