In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Das Appartment liegt im OG eines Einfamilienhauses. Die Küche ist mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine sowie Kühl/Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Hier ist auch die Essecke, ein Sofa und Fernseher. Im Schlafzimmer sind zwei Betten (je 2x1 m). Der Balkon ist von der Küche und vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich. Das Großes Meer ist 4 km entfernt. Wiegboldsbur liegt zentral zwischen Norden, Aurich und Emden und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Die Küste ist in ca 25 km erreichbar.

The attic apartment with its 30 square meters is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or even alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom there is a bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated with the bedroom. Pets are not allowed unfortunately. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel ... Everything can be reached by car in about 10-20 minutes.
